11 Disgusting sales staff, unhelpful, avoid at all cost!
I provided ABN details and have trade accounts with other comparable companies, but the sales staff took great pleasure in refusing to serve me. They were more interested in a power trip than customer service.
I gave Melbourne Ness a call with a technical question about recalling the stored settings after a complete power down and backup battery change.
Doug stepped me through the recall procedure, and all up and working again.
