Nero's Pizza

Great pizza and they have full menu of all things Italian as they are attached to a working restaurant. You can order coffees and cuppochino while waiting. Outside on the patio sitting on chairs and tables provided (when it's warmer of course).

We order regularly here for lunch at work.

Must say food has always been on point.

Serving sizes are great, will not leave you hungry.

The best takeaway pizza in Nunawading by far. Great staff that are always keen to serve. Don't take my word for it, just try it yourself.

Tried this place on Uber eats and was so satisfied with the pizza toppings and even the quality of pasta. We have reordered many times and love supporting this local!

Was told pick up would be ready at 7.45. Arrived and got ignored at the counter, was told there would be a few mins to wait when they finally acknowledged me. 20 mins later I received my food. No apology for the wait. Grey haired man making pizzas and other staff clearly miserable and don’t enjoy interacting with customers. Food was also disappointing.

The worst pizza that doesn’t event worth wait for it. The smell was awful. We totally threw it into rubbish…

Was charged $51.80 for 2 large pizzas. Queried price with staff as this price is $10 more than what’s on menu, staff asked the owner. Owner explained that because I called through my order on a different phone number, I have to pay $10 extra for the exact same pizza! Owner was incredibly rude during this encounter and would not speak to me beyond this explanation. Have been getting pizza from here for many years, but after this very disappointing experience I will definitely not be returning!

I ordered a garlic bread with my meal. It's was upside down in the bag and when I got home, turned the garlic bread over. The foil was open and it was totally burnt. It was obvious that they had hidden it so that I couldn't see it. I wouldn't have minded if they had said what had happened and took it off the bill but they instead knowingly took my money for something they knew was inedible. I've been to Nero's many times over the years, so this is incredibly disappointing.

Fantastic service. We love the pizza and pasta. We went there with our toddler who is a messy eater and they came by with extra tissue for us without us even asking. Very kind people.

DO NOT ORDER PASTA or RISOTTO FOR THEIR LUNCH SPECIAL. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Since late last year Nero's now have raised the costs of the lunch time specials AND have DOWNSIZED THE TAKEAWAY CONTAINER. I have been a loyal customer for many years & can't believe they are ripping off customers with their lunch time specials. I ordered takeaway pasta and realized their containers are HALF THE SIZE! DO NOT ORDER TAKEAWAY FROM NERO'S PIZZA AT LUNCH TIME - SAVE YOUR MONEY! Why pay more for less food?

The owner of Nero is a very arrogant and rude person. After burning all 4 pizza's that we purchased, he had the nerve to scream at my wife and said that we were not to enter the shop any more. After being loyal customers for 20+ years with them with many other disappointments, i find this to be disgusting and unprofessional. If you want quality service DO NOT GO THERE! The owner Ivan needs to change his attitude towards customers. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Wouldn’t order pizzas there again. We ordered a gourmet tandoori pizza for $21.90. The crust was far too thick.
The topping was very sloppy and soggy. Not a fan

New owners? Repeated my order 5-10 times on the phone only to find out I was overcharged and order incorrect even after it had been read back to me. No apology, no accountability and a shocking pizza to match. Not to mention half the order being cold.

Incompetent and rude. This place is unreal. It took them 3 times to get one pasta correct last week. Then made another mistake this week and blamed me. The owner said not to order from there anymore. How about getting your staff to take a correct order for once. Loose the attitude or you will keep loosing customers. Absolutely Useless.

Just had the best take out food ever. It was delivered hot and everything was fresh and delicious. Thank you Nero's you're my hero's.

Slowest service I have ever received! So slow that half of our food was completely cold by the time we got it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Food was below average tasting and not worth the wait one bit. After waiting an hour for our food they still managed to forget some of it. Don’t waste your time.

Old school processed ham pizza. Everything bar that I loved. Base is nice and it was well cooked
