Got old cold and dry fries dumped with the spice seasoning and chicken was soggy as well, yeah I ordered during closing but don’t take orders if you can’t make food. Very disappointed with food

I had a bad experience with Nene Chicken Ravenhall recently, and I want to share why. I ordered 10 pieces of snowing chilli wingettes & drumettes and 2 servings of black rice online. The problems started when I went to pick up my order.

The staff mixed up my order with someone else's, which was confusing and not very hygienic. Then, when I tried the food, I found more issues. The black rice seemed like they used the rice from the bottom of the pot. What bothered me more was that they didn't tell me about the rice problem; they just packed it like everything was fine.

The chicken wingettes & drumettes were not great either. They were either cooked too much or reheated, and there was too much snowing chilli flavoring. The taste was off, almost as if it was fried in oil that had seen excessive reuse.

This isn't the first time I've had problems with this Nene Chicken place. It seems like they don't care much about making sure the food is good. Based on my experiences, I wouldn't recommend ordering from them. It's disappointing when a place doesn't pay attention to the quality of their food and how they handle mistakes.

Extremely slow service. This is not a "FAST " food take way shop. Expect to Wait for 20-30mins

I have order coke in one of my order and there’s no tag on it, i would like know of why is that happening?

Ugh. Wife and I were craving fried chicken and saw that there was a nene near our friend’s who we were visiting.

Such a huge difference compared to the nene’s in the city. The chicken tasted like it was fried once before, then fried again just to reheat it. An old-oil taste. Not fresh.

At least the flavors were still there, which is the only reason it’s not a 1 start!

I normally don’t leave reviews but I felt a strong urge to leave one. I ordered some chicken with my friend on Sunday 22nd Jan around 8pm and was served by a young lovely girl. I was very confused about all the flavours and she allowed me to try several with absolutely no hesitation. I also had to step out for 15 minutes and upon our return, she packed the chips when we arrived so they weren’t soggy. Absolutely impeccable service. It’s very rare that you have employees like this anymore.

I recently visited this restaurant and was blown away by the delicious swicy sauce and bulgogi sauce that were offered. And let's not forget about the fried chicken - it was crispy, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The prices were very reasonable. But what really stood out to me was the excellent customer service. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our experience was top notch. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for delicious food and great customer service at an affordable price.

Donot buy from here. Bad service, then when you ring to complain due to order wrong, after you have waited 25mins, tgey hang up on you & refuse to answer phone!
NEVER AGAIN

Bulgogi and Swicy flavoured chicken is so so good! Potato Tornado is always a hit! Our new favourite chicken joint!

Always order takeaway here. But, last Friday was a big disappointment. The swicy chicken hardly had any swicy sauce on. The original chicken pieces were a bit dry. We was told that our order will be ready in 10 minutes. Arrived there 13 minutes after the call but was told our order was not ready and had to wait again.

Excellent service from staff, chicken tastes nice and fresh, and one of the best parts is that all the chicken is halal, the chips are always hot and fresh and they have a wide variety of menu and drink items. And don’t get me started on how good the coleslaw tastes. And the restaurant is always very neat and tidy, I’ll definitely be coming more often

Had to wait 30 mins and was told 2 more mins by the front staff. Had to wait 15 more mins. Staff was not so hospitable and gave the dine in order in takeaway boxes.

Bad service and credit card surcharge lol. Had to wait a long time and food wasn’t good. And the kitchen staff was not wearing a mask.

I made an order and received only half the order of chicken after driving 20 minutes to pick the order up.
Staff took my name and contact number and advised I could order the missing chicken on another date.
When I called to place this order, I spoke with one of the rudest customer service people I’ve ever met. Told me she would get back to me because she had other orders to prioritise, even though was calling to make an order as a customer.
I asked for her to call me back once she had spoken with her manager, which she refused and then hung up on me.
I then had to drive 20 minutes into the store to have my issue rectified.
Terrible and disappointing service!

The chicken taste good. But I think the nene company thinks the chicken I made of wings? All the time any chicken you buy they serve you at least 4 to 6 chicken wings.we asked y there is so many chicken wings-they say it’s their policy? I asked them
Where is the policy? They show a small piece of paper which is not even a policy. Even with regular set you buy they serve you with chicken wings out of 4 piece 2 wings. So I will never go back.

Food is great, however staff have made errors in 3 out of the 4 pickup orders. Wrong flavor chicken, chicken only just cooked (still a bit pink), told orders not ready, but could see items already piacked with my name on it. Staff just need to pay a bit more attention.

I give Nene chicken 5 stars because they have the best cheese sticks and spwicy chicken in the whole world i loveee Nene chicken

Well.it was very upsetting experience. Order was not deluved on time. I decided ok, I will drive to restaurant myself and pick it up, as i did not succeed to get anyone from restaurant to answer my phone calls, phone kept ringing out.
The girl who was at the counter, just simply just brushed me off and dismissed all my questions about delivery, saying they are extremely busy. I tried to ask why they don't answer phone calls and she just turned her back at me. I asked to refund the cost of delivery I paid online, but again.alias!
I promised that girl, that I will post bad review for that kind of attitude, she shrug her shoulders and said she doesn't care. I think the owner of this business should think carefully whom he hires for customer service. It just leaves bad taste in the mouth, not like was supposed to be.
