Tables are never clean, and it's always cold inside. Theres limited seating as they stack boxes of chicken and flour on the tables too. Couldn't pay cash today as they didn't have change. So i had to use eftpos and pay a surcharge.but I'll be back because I like the chicken.

We just have these chicken for dinner. We ordered freaking hot chicken wings, chips, snack pack for kids. We love the chickens as spicy as we expected. The chickens are tasty. The chips are crunchy. The staffs are friendly. I like the view in the front of the restaurant. It’s very nice to eat at the outside table, and enjoying the cool breeze. The only thing I don’t like is the cleanliness of the restaurant doesn’t meet my expectations. The indoor tables are ok. The cleanliness of the floor is acceptable. However, the outside tables are a bit of dust. I cleaned the spilled coffee at my table. Actually I can request the staff to clean it, and surely they will be happy to clean it. But I didn’t ask them for.

Perfectly cooked with excellent sauce in little containers and gloves all supplied with the Take Away order.

Food is ok, they left the door open and had the food in cold air. Tables are not clean and not placed properly. I was charged 15 percents holiday pay. Any one pay this? No more visit.

Asked chicken legs gave chicken wings and charged 14.50$ for 5 chicken wings gd ridiculous cheating money and giving Less food and take Long time

After purchasing a large order to feed a family, we ordered Mali, original and swicy chicken so we could give this place a chance. We ordered actual chicken (original) and still ended up with mainly drumsticks and wings. Everyone left the table hungry and dissatisfied. Our family now call this place No-No chicken.

Very fresh food. Tasty all the time and various chicken flavors too close from. Very friendly and helpful staff. No long waiting times. Kids friendly options available too. Highly recommended.

The dirtiest nene chicken ever. Tables were not clean. I’ve checked on kitchen was not clean either. We ordered boneless half and half (snowing chili and bulgogi) it was delicious and fresh)

Food was cold and way oily it seemed it was fried twice and the sauce of chicken was leaking out of box. Not happy with this branch had wonderful experience at other branch last time.

Service was friendly and good. Chips were good. Unfortunately that’s about it. Burger was so soggy it was inedible. I love burgers and I legit through it out. Like wise with the chicken wrap, it was stuck to its palate wrapping and was too soggy to enjoy. We also got chicken which was a massive let down. 2 is a generous score.

Edit: To add, the practice of a surcharge when paying by card is outrageous these days. Especially as we move towards a cashless society. Just add the margins to your prices. You’re not a local small business. You’re a franchise.

Absolutely appalled at the amount of customers I saw today not wearing masks. However I will say the brilliant staff who turned away these selfish customers did an amazing job! Whoever runs this establishment should be extremely proud of their staff for the professionalism they have shown throughout this pandemic.

Visited these guys on opening day and pre ordered online. Went into pickup my order but it wasn't processed yet which the staff apologised and put my order through with priority which was nice of them to do.

They were busy and flat out and out of salad and normal fries which was subbed to an additional coleslaw and sweet potato fries which I was fine with.

Loving the mala sauce and bulgogi and very consistent taste across all outlets.

Fantastic chicken and staff.

Food was scrumptious, hot and juicy; well seasoned and coated with sauce to die for. Impeccable service as well. Well done!

: (So disappointing. $12 bucks for a tiny, STINGY wrap. Got the cheesy kimchi that had NO cheese and almost no kimchi. The chicken was divine but was NOT filling in the least and just ordered from somewhere else like Nandos, they feed you good. Do better Nene.

Absolutely pathetic and arrogant service. Staff not covering their face and hands. Absolutely full or risk work and food premises to be at. Never ever again in life
