Nene Chicken is amazing. I loved the service, and the price is reasonable. I had to wait because they were extremely busy, but the wait was worth it when we ate the food. The super hot flavor is highly recommended. The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy and full of flavor. The crispy skin added a delightful crunch to every bite. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring we left feeling satisfied. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious menu options.

Chicken is not worth the price. They're too small. We ordered the normal fried chicken and the flavored ones but there is no difference with the taste. Sorry but not coming back again.

The food was so good and quick all the staff are so hardworking they all deserve a raise <3

I waited an hour for my food and the chicken came barely cooked. Every other time I order hear the food was great.

However, Level of customer service was dull and substandard!

The dine in area was shut approximately 1hr before closing time.

You’d think some sauce with chips would be and industry standard…

The staff was very inconsiderate, Very mechanical. No sense of customer service or experience.

Worst nene branch.small chicken and they only put small amount of cheese powder on their flavoured chickens.

Delicious Korean fried chicken! My to-go spot for tasty fried chicken. Personal favourites include snowing chilli chicken and snowing cheese.

I got the original 10pc chicken drumlette and winglettes and I have to say the batch I got was really well cooked. The meat was clean off the bone, it was juicy, it was really well seasoned too. Though the only downside would be that the portions are really small, but the taste of the chicken here is really good.

I ordered 2 tornado and it came cold not even warm. The wings as well is too small not competitive enough for the price I paid. I always came here but due to disappointment I chose not to come and continue.

Plus it’s not busy, we dine in weekdays.

It's more Chinese honey chicken with different colour.

Coated too thick and not enough chicken

Ordered the food and was told my baby with her mother can not sit with me if they have food from outside. The seating area was empty no wonder why they are not busy while other shops next door are full. Been NeNe chicken customer since they entered the Australia. And they've lost one today.

We didn’t quite enjoy this chicken. Wasn’t fresh. Although we have only tried it once. So May be we didn’t get a good lot.

The food here is so good but whenever I try to order anything thats deep fried (mozzarella sticks, spiral potato etc) it's always "sold out". Is there a good time to come and actually be able to order these items? We've tried in the day, early evening, and evening. Every time, it's sold out

Worst fried chicken ever had! They did not even bother drying it out after frying and had to use the napkins to absorb the extra oil as clearly shown in the photo. DONT even consider trying anything else here as so many better options (including KFC across the food court)

I ordered a medium Bolgogi? (I can't spell it! Sorry!) And I was very impressed with not just the quality of the chicken but the quantity too! I could not finish my chicken and it was amazing to be so full from something thats sweet, crispy and a possible hint of ginger and be able to take it home for later too. I will definitely be coming back here. 5/5

Good chicken, but the cashier is insufferable.
Talks at you and then walks off or yells at the kitchen and expects you to repeat yourself three times, please teach this person some customer service skills.

Worst nene chicken ever. Chicken was dry as if it was a leftover from a week ago. Ordered jumbo and half of them were all wings.please think again before choosing this store.

The food is tasty for sure, but they had only one type of chicken available at 7: 30 PM on a Friday evening.
We opted for whatever was available but it still took 18 minutes to get our order.

Again, the food was delicious but the options and the service was ridiculous. Nobody was empathetic.

Very disappointing. Gave order for large chicken 8 pieces and all I got was 4 wings. Taste, no one liked it. If craving look for other options. All they charge is for sauce and gloves. The very expensive gloves.

No apology for the long wait also asked me “ do I still want it? ”those 2 female staffs were so rude threw the food on the table for me and turned their back this is the end of this business!
