Amazing Korean fried chicken spot! The flavors are outstanding, and the place is spotless. Highly recommend!

Food is okay, but prices don't match the menu board in the background and despite the lack of customers it takes a while for food to be ready.

The chicken here is great, however the service is very slow. Best to order online if you don’t want to wait 30 mins in the restaurant.

It used to be much more source on the chicken when this store firstly opened! Now it only has half the sauce and flavour, also chicken are not good as before, deep fried tooooo dry and not enough flavour. So disappointed.

Very efficient. Sweet n spicy chicken was good. Rice a bit soggy though. Seats not very clean.

1/2 ordering machine broken; waited for too long; missing items from order; then back to kitchen again for 10 mins then came out still missing an item; service cannot be worse.

They marketed a flash deal but refuse to serve and use ‘we run out of chicken’ as an excuse.

Burger was so nasty I had to cancel the order, the lettuce was off. No serviettes available in the restaurant and staff looks at you weird if you ask for some. Would not recommend this place, better to go to gami chicken instead.

I don't like to do this, and this is not directed at the two staff that were working at the time because i believe they were doing their best, but management here needs a bit of a kick up the rear

Order times are far too slow (we waited 50+ minutes for our order box), and refund requests were rejected as they could not find the order (or couldn't process refunds more like it)

I have to wait more than 1 hour for just one lunch box. Is not acceptable for a chicken place.

Excessive waiting times. During dinner time just two people working. Such a big place for just two employees. I had to wait 30 mins to get 10 wings

20 minutes wait just for some chips. Ridiculous.

The food is delicious, but the service staff is not good， I don't know why they put the small ticket in the rice, it looks very uncomfortable

Very disappointing venue for a small family gathering. Garlic sauce seemed to contain raw garlic & was almost inedible. Kimchi burger was drenched in sauce with a tiny amount of flavourless Kimchi. Best bits were the chips, green salad, black rice & coke. To add insult to injury, they forgot that one of the meals was ordered in a takeaway container. After paying the bill ($110) they charged an additional 0.30 to change it. Never again.

Totally unable to manage busy periods and order time blows out far beyond what’s promised. They simply can’t cope. Customers complaining left right and centre.
Needs to be closed down. Whoever owns this shouldn’t be running a business.
Maybe an email to their head office.

Probably the best fried chicken I have ever tasted, fresh and crispy. To all of the reviews that are complaining about the waiting time, please keep in mind that there are also others' orders before you. Chickens are fried when orders are put (that is why it is fresh and crispy), therefore they need to prioritize which orders come first. If you need a quicker option, there are plenty of others fast food restaurants nearby.

After eating nene chicken so many times, this is the first time that I feel that the quality has declined. Although it was a busy lunch period and I had to wait for a long time, the swicy dipping sauce was obviously not evenly coated before it was served. The size of the boneless chicken was also very strange, some very small pieces. In addition, there is no music playing in the store, so it feels like the store clerk's conversation in the kitchen is very loud.

I would give 4 stars to the chicken, which is hot, fresh and delicious.
But the wait in time is too long, it takes about 20mins form this simple fried chicken wings/ drumsticks. And 0 people waiting in the restaurant before and after me. Also during the whole waiting period, only 1 takeaway delivery.

Burger I mean sweet as dessert and soggy as moss. Wrap was good in taste again wet as moss. Chicken wings again sweeter than sugar, never heard of chicken as dessert course. Forgot my drink order. Packing is probably worst I have ever seen. Table sticky, bunk seating had crumbs from previous diner. What a visit only never to come back.
