Waiting 30 minutes for 16 pieces of chicken seeing everyone coming after me getting their order done

The staff here have no idea about what they are doing. They kept on preparing and bagging ubereats/doordash orders while there were no drivers around.

I would say that there were at least 3 bags of delivery orders hanging on the hook on the wall plus 2 bags on the floor (very unhygenic!).

I waited for my food for at least 40 minutes and missed 3 trains to the city.

Food was average at best!

Please train your staff about priorities!

Hi! I just wanted to say I love how you give gloves to customers when they buy chicken wings. They are cute and very convenient ️ Also, the original and freaking hot chicken flavours are incredibly delicious. Thank you!:)

Chicken was tasty, chicken is nice and crunchy, not dry and also the K dogs are very tasty too, abit on the higher price end though compared to other Shops that have K dogs, still a good buy though

They took 25 minutes to serve a single kimchi burger. I know lunch hours are busy but it shouldn't take that long to serve a regular menu item. Also the sitting area can use some better cleanliness. Taste of the kimchi burger wasn't the best, the bun didn't feel fresh.

Wasn’t worth the wait. No gluten free. Just use corn flour instead of wheat flour EASY and no difference to taste.

The fried chicken here’s awesome - crunchy on the outside while tender and juicy on the inside. The Swicy flavoured chicken I ordered was nicely coated in sauce and tastes every bit as good as it looks on their menu. Will definitely be returning for more.

Prices increase, portions decrease, and now they barely add sauce. No surprise it’s under new management, used to be good.

I had large half/half delivered. I paid almost $40 including delivery which came with 3 wings, 1 leg, 1 thigh, 1 breast which was no more than 5cm in size then 2 back bones w no meat, just the batter. It was so little in the box it almost looked like some left over meal I did take away. Very very disappointed, can't believe how much the quality has gone down and think they can charge ppl.

Ordered the guy on front was in such a hurry didn't let us decide was rude don’t no how to handle costumer was speaking not clear it was even hard to understand him. Overall he spoil my mood, Food was fine quit expansive

Just wanted write a review for the amazing customer service of a gentleman named Joey. Honestly, he is a one in a million employee and you guys are lucky to have him! He is friendly, intelligent, courteous and customer focused!
It's very rare to have some in customer service who can even be bothered with you and Joey well and truly went above and beyond. Awesome service!

Don’t know it never crossed my mind to write up a review for them but here it is.

Nene chicken is absolutely a gem! I’ve been getting takeaway from them for years now and among the countless times I had placed an order, they have only got it wrong just ONCE.

I’m not a huge fan of the usual boneless chicken so I usually order their wings & drumettes and it never fails to boost my appetite.

I absolutely loveee their snowing chili flavour and snowing cheese. Its simply the best! Their tornado potato is also super excellent as a late night snack! And the cherry on top is truly their customer service. I don’t think I’ve ever been served by a rude customer service or waitress all these years. Keep it up!

Rip off half and half large only had 4 small pieces of snowing cheese, 2 of which were small wings. If you break that down that's $12 for 4 small arse pieces of chicken. Not going back anymore.

I ordered wings and drumsticks: half mala and half snowy cheese. It’s not the best friend chicken I’ve had but both flavours were still really tasty especially fresh out of the frier.

You can see into the back kitchen and the hygiene practices left a lot to be desired.

I liked Nene chicken but the quality is getting worse especially their chickens are getting skinny. I forgot to take a photo but I would say, I ordered large (8 piece) but 3 wings and 3 ribs (mainly bones) and 1 leg and 1 piece of meat (boneless?). I recommend that they should remove "Korean" in their brand name as it is causing damage to the Korean brand value. I got it from Boxhill.

Invited down to try the new chilli mayo flavour, I found my experience here to be really good. The fried chicken was fresh, crunchy and juicy. I really enjoyed the new chilli mayo sauce, it's creamy with a little kick. The little one loved the tornado potato and the cheesy sticks gave a very satisfying cheese pull

When you order chicken. You don't expect found fly eggs inside of your chicken. Which is so disgusting. I brought two box 8 piececs and found fly eggs at the last two chicken piece. So grosss. And by the taste of the chicken. It is not juicy at all like before. Instead, it tastes rubbery, feel like it is not fresh marinate chicken at all. So disappointment. Disgraceful business. And most importantly disgusting! Never gonna go back again!
