NeNe Chicken

Their quality has definitely gone downhill. Ordered via DoorDash. Used to be a big fan of their kimchi burger but it was just so below average this time. Size has been reduced significantly. Bun was not fresh at all. In fact everything looked stale. I am happy to pay a bit higher price if thats what it costs to give good quality food but what they are offering is simply not up to the mark. Wont be ordering anymore from Nene chicken.

Ordered a swicy boneless which didn't take long and was absolutely delicious. Don't know what all the reviews are complaining about, would recommend.

Just had the worst possible original burger at Nene chicken. Knox City. The bun was stale and it felt the burger had been made ages before the order. Utterly disappointed. I should have read the reviews before giving it a shot.

This is the second time I had problems ordering from the new nene chicken at Knox. The staff had problems with the system AGAIN, so it took ages to sort it and then after waiting 10 minutes for the order they got my order wrong gave me an uneven amount of pieces after requesting it, seems like try try to get rid of wings first. I order chicken pieces which are more expensive, if I wanted lots of wings I would’ve ordered them. All this on a public holiday where I was charged 15% for another terrible experience. If the store can’t cope with the demand, there should be more staff or train them better. Waste of money and time!

Long wait in line to order. Seemed like the self order machines werent working too well either. Was alright waiting 15 mins for the food.

Overall the food was grwat. Drumsticks were crunchy na juicy. The wingettes were a bit dry.

Had the snowing chilli Nene dosirak (wingettes, drummers, black rice, kimchi & garden salad). Drumsticks duo- drumsticks, chips and coleslaw.

Would have been better if there was an option for the Nene Dosirak but with the drumsticks.

Went here to check out the new renovated section of Knox City. We chose the Nene Chicken option after having it at Chadstone and decided to give it a shot here. All of our chicken was undercooked and pink (burger and wrap) and the crumbing was falling off with the skin. The burger was insanely sloppy with more sauce than lettuce, tomato and chicken, and was incredibly hard to eat. The wait time was also very long and the workers were obviously still learning how to operate the machines and cook the food. Don’t waste your time coming here and go try out the other food options.

Don't make your store available for delivery if you are not ready and just going to cancel the orders.

I ordered a 8 pieces chicken pack and kimchi burger combo. Coating/butter is not as crispy as other Korean FC I have tried. Chicken itself is very dry, Very salty and no flavour. Out of 8 pieces of chickens, I have only got 3 proper chicken pieces, the rest are 4 wings and one drumette, which are all very dry, I couldn’t eat them. Very disappointing meal considering they only just opened and standard should be higher.

Love Nene chicken as Korean living in Australia. I ordered MARA lunch box but I think I received wrong chicken as colour is in yellow. Regardless taste and price are great as nowadays eatout cost more

Waited 35min, told 15. The chicken Quality was terrible, not like other NeNe I've had. Will try again but hope quality and service improves.

NE NE was very disappointing the wings were nothing like the photo barley had any crumbs on it no crunch and the rap didn’t have enough chicken in it I asked for extra garlic sauce and it was water with garlic chunks in it not worth the money not coming back! And was told it will be a 15min wait ended up being over 30mins
