Do not lease your property with this agency. The leasing team are completely incompetent, provide no degree of liaison for property repair matters, and take your rental payments to pay contractors without permission to do so. The refuse to take any responsibility for poor record keeping and follow up for invoices for insurance purposes and then proceeded to cover up their own incompetences by lying to their contractors about what has and has not been communicated to landlords regarding property repairs. You would be better off managing your own property than using this circus of a real estate agency

Eleanor ran an excellent process for a pre auction offer. We did not ultimately buy the property as we were the under bidder, but as buyer advocates representing our client we felt the process was clear, concise and transparent. Many agents over complicate this process but she was a stand out. Highly recommend!

I rented my property through Nelson Alexander and their service was absolutely disgusting. 1 inspection in 18 months and let the tenant run down a brand new property. No reply to countless emails and spammed me asking to comment on their performance. No follow up phone call after filling that out either. I also received a few calls from who I presume was HR where I also voiced my concerns with no follow up. They are more than happy to take their fees though. I emplore anyone looking to utilise their “services” to look elsewhere. It’s clear for all to see how they view issues in the responses below. Every positive review gets a reply and anything negative gets ignored.

As I can’t reply to their reply. I’ve had no missed calls from them nor any voice mails. As to emailing them…why bother as the damage is done. Are you going to replace the door that’s been smashed in? I’ve gone to a new real estate that value my investment. Good riddance

David Mogford was extremely professional, a great communicator and kept us well informed of every process and movement in the lead up to and during our sales campaign.
