I got my floor washer months ago but still waiting for the cleaning product. I only got my floor cleaner because I complained.still don’t have my floor cleaner product.

Finally used my mop, wow absolutely amazing without hardly any effort.

Delivery was very quick. Machine is very good and easy to use. I have found that more than one set of pads is not sufficient to do a complete clean. Very easy and quick to use to whip around the floor. Highly recommend especially for those with disabilities.

So lightweight, love not having to use a mop and bucket, love that all you need to do is fill with water, love that I don't get exhausted doing the floors, love the swivel action - so so happy to have purchased. Thanks

I have just got to try this mop and initial not much water coming out from the spray nostril so was feeling a little disappointed. After a second try I am feeling better that the product will be improved with my arms because it is light and I really like the assailant

So easy to use. My first time experience was great. The pads washed well ready for next mop time. Easy on my arms to clean the floor. The floor was really dirty & the mop made it easy to clean.

Love, love, love my Nellie’s electric mop!
The forward and back motion leaves my floors with a streak free finish whereas my other rotating discs electric mop would leave circular streaks on my kitchen tiled floor.

Only used it for spot cleaning muddy paw prints so far, no point in a full floor clean until the rain stops long enough for the yard to dry out. The mop is easy to use and works well, I have even been using it on the wooden deck.

Love my Nellie’s mop. The downside it’s just does no fit into small places so you will need a smaller mop for those spots that’s the reason I gave it 4stars

We had an issue with a faulty charger for our Wow Steam Mop. Rang Nellies purchased a replacement charger and away we go again.
