We had a broken pipe under a tree. Matt and his team were very considerate, efficient and did a great job in removing the tree, fixing the pipe and cleaning up everything afterwards. Would certainly use Neighbourhood Plumbing again!

I needed a toilet unblocked at my workplace
The website said No callout fee
The gentleman that took the call said that for businesses we charge a callout fee!
The plumber came on time and was quick and efficient, unblocked the toilet in 3 minutes Flat and charged me 190 dollars!
I don’t mind paying a Fair price for work that requires appropriate time and effort, but 190 dollars for 3 Minutes’ work? That is grossly unfair!

Called Matthew for an emergency job at my place and I couldn't thank him enough. Providing a very honest and professional plumbing service.unblocked the drains and resolved the issue straight away, would recommend Neighbourhood for any plumbing job needed!

Disgusting service. They overcharged me for a job wasn’t even completed. Matthew is very prompt and polite while accepting the job. But later was rude to tell me he would charge me for wasting his time over the phone by ringing him and discussing the situation

Matt and the team at Neighbourhood Plumbing are very professional, friendly and easy to deal with. I'd happily recommend Neighbourhood Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber, especially for emergency plumbing.

I hired neighbourhood plumbing through hiPages and initially i got a quote for fair amount but upon inspection, i was informed that the severage pipe is broken and needs replacement and i got the quote for that. The quote was reasonable or not, that i am not sure but since i had to get the problem fixed so i accepted the quote but before that i ask Mathew and his team to check if everything else is cleared and there is no broken pipe abywhere else. I was confirmed that other areas have been checked with Camera and everything is fine. Mathew told me that other plumbers might fix the issue but once they will come back again for camera inspection, after concrete part is done, they will charge more while he will provide a free inspection anywhere more than 24 hours after and will also leave a main hole on top of the concrete work.

Once Mathew and his team came, they did the camera stuff and told me that there is one more broken pipe below the foot path or nature strip and i need to pay $3400 more to get that fixed. They didnt left the main hole open on top of concrete and also didnt turn up once the work is finished.

I think promises made should be fullfilled and before giving quote, they must have checked all areas before confirming that everything is ok.

Handled our tough job really well. Met every setback, quality work. Would happily recommend for both the small and big jobs.

First time using this company and I was very pleased with the prompt service. Matthew was a pleasure to deal with. He kept me informed all along the way and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Him and his team were on time and very tidy.
