I have been using Need A Skip Now on a few residential construction jobs now and really happy to recommend this business as they are the magic wand that looks after my construction sites. The skip is always on site during the construction that way the site stays clean and safely organised taking care of the build right from the early stages until we hand over. Friendly service and employees, competitively priced - could not ask for more

Really disappointed with the service - we ordered an 8 metre skip and had a 6 metre delivered instead without pre warning us. We had organised our labour to suit this and we were told that they would pick up and drop the 2 metre balance that day. We rang at 2: 30pm that day and they weren't able to deliver the balance as everyone goes home at 2pm apparently. This cost us labour on the day and additional man power the following day. We worked out a plan and they agreed to drop a 4 metre skip off with no extra charge which was really kind of them albeit inconvenient. After agreeing to this, they then rang 4 days later chasing money for the 2 metre balance. My whole family was bought up in waste management and demolition and never would they have decided to renege on a commitment; it's not the way anyone should do business in any environment. Make sure they deliver what they commit too.

Late and very poor customer service - would never use again! Not interested in compensating for not meeting agreed times and 2 skips were booked

Hired for my work renovations. Very helpful & accommodating around our timeline and the driver was patient and easy to deal with.

Bad service. Had some carpet on the top - called the company and person on the phone said it would be all good. When the pickup happened, they just threw the carpet on the driveway and drove off without even talking to us. Disappointing.

Over the last 3 years I have hired a number of skip companies for household rubbish removal. Out of all the ones that I used I would highly recommend Need A Skip Now without hesitation. The service is better than excellent. Sarah the operator was friendly and fabulous to deal with. The driver was extremely well mannered, in a clean uniform and so helpful. The bin was delivered on time and also picked up on time. Highly recommend this company. I don't normally write reviews but on this occasion I was compelled to do so.
