Found Nick to be very professional and understood my ideas and executed them on time and within budget. Nick surprised me with his attention to detail and went above and beyond what I would consider quality service.

Although Nick dealt with day to day communication I never hesitated consulting Lynda for advice and could rely on her expertise. Both Nick and Lynda are reliable and trustworthy, I can’t imagine working with anyone else after working with NDC. NDC construction gave me my dream home.

I am so thankful to Nick from NDC for the work that he has completed in the backyard of my home. Nick completed the work that a landscaper couldn't do - and took control of the entire project which minimised the stress that the project had originally caused me. Nick arranged all excavation, fencing, plumbing, concreting and all permissions required. For someone with no building or development experience at all, building two houses seemed like a daunting task. Working with Nick and Lynda at NDC made the whole experience not just easy, but enjoyable!
Nick provided guidance and insight every step of the way - on all technical, practical and aesthetic matters. Nick was always upfront, respectful and honest. He involved me in the important decisions without overwhelming me with every minor issue. If there was an issue - Nick took care of it. If there was a bigger decision to be made, Nick gave me all the info I needed to be comfortable in making a decision. Nick always offered his opinion when I asked for it (which was always!) but never pushed his view or made me feel like an amateur. I never felt silly asking basic questions and Nick took the time to explain whatever was going on.
From Day 1, it felt like this project was just as important to Nick as it was to me and it felt like a real partnership, rather than a business transaction. Nick’s professionalism and pride in his work is evident in the finished product - two beautiful, quality family homes that I’m so proud of.
It would be remiss of me not to mention and acknowledge all of the hard work Lynda does behind the scenes too. Lynda made navigating the council and utilities set up so much easier and was happy to help out with colour schemes when I was having doubts. Lynda even sourced new tiles for me during Covid 5km restrictions when I couldn’t get to the supplier!
Nothing was too hard and both Nick & Lynda were always generous with their time and expertise!
I’m grateful for Nick and Lynda’s help. I know that my experience and the final outcome wouldn’t have been as positive if I had chosen any other builder.
I highly recommend NDC Homes and if I decide to build again, Nick will be the first person I call!

Quality of Nicks work is second to none, certainly knows his stuff, great organiser, gets stuck in where needed and has some great all round skills. Highly recommended.
