NC Food has a large range of high quality wagyu and other premium meats at competitive price. I have just tried the highly marbled full blood karubi bought from this store. It was extremely succulent and juicy beef that was bursting with umami and sweet flavours. Friendly shop owner and great service. Highly recommended.

Premium product and great staff. You can't go wrong with these guys. Definitely a new favourite. I'll be back again and again!

I don't leave reviews unless a business is better than very good or very bad, NC Foods (butchers) are the former.
I've bought a lot of meat and talked to a lot of butchers, the owner of this shop knows his product and obviously cares about what he does.
Multiple cuts of high quality Wagyu and Angus hanging in a clinically clean drying room, dry ageing at its best, and not expensive, if this shop was in Prahan or Kew you'd be paying a lot more.
Note that this is a Vietnamese business, if you want to talk about meat ask for the boss, his English is excellent and he was more than happy to spend half an hour with me talking about cuts and processes, the rest of the staff do a great job of doing what they do but he's the one if your there for dry aged.
If you live in the western suburbs this shop is a must, if you don't.should you drive for an hour or 2 just to go to a butcher and have lunch at a Vietnamese restaurant while your there? Yes.

Bought the black opal scotch fillet with M9 marbling and the dry aged rib eye to make dinner for a special occasion. Meat quality was amazing and melt in the mouth, which paired perfectly with a glass of red wine. Canny was also very helpful and provided amazing customer service. I would highly recommend this place.

The whole family and especially my daughter really enjoy the food here. The wagyu beef and abalone are really fresh and delicious! Will support the shop for a long time!

I had the pleasure of visiting NCFOOD, the newest premium butcher shop in Sunshine, and let me tell you, it's an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I knew this place was something special.

The shop's ambiance is modern and inviting, clean, well-organised displays showcase an impressive selection of top-quality meats. Their variety is incredible and prices are fair.
Their staff is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly. Highly recommend, definitely a positive attribute to the community.

What an amazing place and an amazing range of incredible premium cuts of Meat. Have never seen such a range of Waghu before! This place is a must visit for anyone wanting the best quality meat. I travel a lot and never have I seen a range like this ever before. Great work guys!
