Justin and Derek did a fantastic job installing CCTV cameras at my house. The workmanship was top notch and made sure I understood how to work the cameras and app on my phone. Would highly recommend using them for any security install.

I cant get any answer, ive been calling all day because my alarm panel wont stop beeping. However Navtec have called me back and i appreciate thier great customer service in dealing with my problem. They were extremely helpful.

Poor post-sale service and quality. Seriously, rather paying a bit more than getting alarm installed by Navtech.

Smarter Security/Navtech installed 6 cameras on my home property before Christmas. First class installation. The installer was professional and did a tidy job. Have had the system for just over 3 months and no issues so far.

I had a CCTV system installed some 5 years ago. In that time I’ve had a service call to replace the recorder and recently had the guys over the phone help me download a new app and reconfigure the hardware and software. Customer service has been great by the team. Thank you.

Horrendous. Do not answer phone and when u get through they don’t follow up. Do not use these people!
