In September, I had the Touch Android Auto & CarPlay 8.4" Replacement Screen (SKU W166_ABDP) installed on my 2015 Mercedes ML350. Whilst the unit was purchased through Naviplus, it was installed by Elite Car Audio (Campbelltown NSW).

The service by both companies was fantastic and I was very delighted with the functionality provided by the headunit.

The aftercare service by Naviplus was also fantastic. Two month after the install, my AUX settings were remapped during a service by Mercedes. I contacted Naviplus via email and after a few screenshots, they were able to help me restore the AUX settings. This was greatly appreciated especially leading up to the Xmas break period.

Thank you again to all at Naviplus and I would recommend them highly for their products and service.

This guys a genius! Steven replaced my head unit in a Mercedes-Benz C300 at a fraction of the cost that Mercedes wanted to do the job. Don't hesitate taking your car to Naviplus! You won't be disappointed!

I have a Nissan Elgrand E52 and the entertainment system is in Japanese.
I purchased the Elgrand Android Auto upgrade and got the team there to install it.
It works perfectly and the service was smooth and efficient.
The ability to utilise the existing touch screen is brilliant and I highly recommend Naviplus.

2013 A45 AMG. This is not a plug and play unit as advertised, I am a qualified mechanic with 16 years in the trade it took me all afternoon to wire it in. Needs to use a auxiliary microphone which has to be mounted in your car interior, why does it not use the built in mic in the car? Next/previous track buttons do not work with the unit unless your in factory mode, when in android auto or Apple carplay it's touchscreen only. It is very slow to boot up and very glitchy. Sometimes it takes 2-3 minutes before android auto boots up. No radio function you have to go out of the system and switch back to the oe system to listen to the radio, same with CD player. Not able to change phones on the fly. USB line in does not work. I have owned the unit for 5 months now the screen is dead.as soon as the buisness is open after new years break ill be asking for a refund and putting the oe screen back in as I don't expect this level of issues from a $1200 head unit. My $400 unit in my ute runs circles arround this (sony)

Faulty units, really poor implementation for price you pay for, my steering wheel control is not working and the phone call microphone is bad quality. I had to remove this unit so many times and follow their diagnostic protocol and still not managed to find a solution. I would avoid this if you are not local. Crucial parts was missing from my order as well and I had pay them twice as they did not believe me. Avoid them.

I purchased an andriod auto/Carplay unit from Naviplus. I was interacting with a sales representative named Steven. Yesterday, I was installing the unit and came across few issues, called Steven before opening his shop, he answered my call to provide technical
support which helped the technician installing the unit easily. Steven was very kind and professional communicating either on the phone or via email. I am very satisfied with their support and customer care. Highly recommended. Thank you Naviplus for the fantastic unit.

Having recently bought a 2012 L322 Range Rover, I noticed when in NaviPlus view the OEM screen was unresponsive. Decided to email the NaviPlus support and within a day I had a possible solution to try out (touchscreen calibration). This resolved my issue and I now have a fully functioning NaviPlus Apple CarPlay system.

Honestly, Stephen is the worst person I have dealt with. After installing a CarPlay unit I have had multiple problems, ending with the unit shorting out my entire dashboard.
So I had no indicators, Speedo, fuel gauge, nothing.
When I turned up to try to get it fixed he told me I had to make an appointment and he didn’t want to even leave the office to take a look. Very Rude and obnoxious. Steer clear!

What a fantastic product! Installed the wireless CarPlay module for a 2011 Range Rover Sport and it works flawlessly! NaviPlus turned the shipment around very quickly and answered a few questions we had about install very quickly! It's the perfect solution for adding CarPlay to this generation Land Rover, highly recommend!

Communicated an issue with my unit and got a response in reasonably quick time. Sent unit back to them and two days later it returned to me where I reinstalled and all working as per normal. Great customer service. Thank you.

Naviplus is a great argument for buying locally. Steven was a massive help, all the way from figuring out which unit would fit my 09 370Z, to help with an issue I had when installing the unit.

I was able to quickly call Steven, ask him my question, and he knew the exact wire to pop out to fix my issue.

The install took about 3 hours, and works perfectly with fully wireless Apply Carplay and wireless Android Auto. Couldn't be happier!

Great product and great customer service. This was the only company that I could find that had OEM android auto solutions for my application that would let you retain steering wheel controls. It was a bit of a challenge to get it working, but naviplus was always fast to respond and happy to help.

Very decent product. It's a bit tricky to find the settings for android phones but the sales team are very friendly and helped me through.
