Reception staff are very kind and considerate. I really appreciate them offering to follow up about future treatment, as I can be really forgetful. Dr Annesley listened to my concerns, answered my questions appropriately and explained the issue, and treatment plan clearly.

Always consistent, experience at smiles, Works, Kensington. Friendly greeting and farewell from Pauline a medical receptionist & also very capable teeth, cleaning and advice about follow-up from dental hygienist Aron.

I generally avoid going to the dentist out of anxiety however my hygiene appointment with Suleka, the Oral Therapist, was amazing in every way. Suleka made sure to explain all the steps involved in the procedure, she was very thorough with the clean and ensured I was comfortable throughout. I highly recommend Suleka and the team at Smile Works!

I had put off going to the dentist for a while but the the Therapist Suleka and Doctor Sahand both made me feel very comfortable and the staff in general were great, did a lovely job

I live an hour away from SmilesWorks Dental but I wouldn’t mind the drive considering how thorough and honest Dr Julien is with his work, I couldn’t even feel the needle! On top of that the staff are so kind and always understanding

Today was my First visit to smileworks Dental in Kensington I was blown away from the moment I walked in the friendly staff at the front desk till the moment I was seen by Palak the hygienist she was amazing so lovely and very caring with her touch I suffer from dental anxiety and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease I had the best experience at Smilework Dental and I recommend everyone to visit this lovely clinic

I would say a big thank to NICOLE and the team, it was my first time going here and they welcomed me in with so much confidence. I got my wisdom tooth removed by Dr JULIEN BUNDUN, he did a fantastic job didn’t feel a thing. I would highly recommend going here.

Was charged more than what was spoken about over the phone but an old lady there was empathetic and fit us in on the day I called.

For a complicated wisdom tooth extraction after a checkup, Navakas said he would give us a "referral to a good old surgeon" which got our hopes up that he would be emailing them and doing supporting documentation etc. He mentioned how they needed to come out soon and that the public dental hospital waiting list was way too long (4 months). He gave us a card, they had over a month waiting time just for a consultation appointment which was required even if the X-rays were sent. I believe surgical removal would have ended up being another month at least.

Ended up going to Dental on Flinders for removal under local a week and a half later without a mandatory consultation as they were fine with the X-rays.

Andrew was recommended to me by my oral surgeon and that recommendation DID NOT disappoint. I saw him with concerns about the treatment suggested by my previous dentist. He has a great sense of humour which put me at ease straight away and was willing to explore other options to helping me with the treatment I needed. He will definitely be my new dentist from now. I highly recommend his clinic!:)

Clean rooms with good equipment. Staff are friendly and clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. I didn't feel rushed at all, and the staff genuinely seemed interested in getting to know me and my dental desires (ie what I dislike about my teeth). Best dentist (Andrew) and hygienist (Nav) I've ever had the privilege of being treated by.

Dr Navakas has provided me with 13 years of dental care. His emphasis on brushing, flossing, moussing and 6 monthly hygenist appointments has meant that at the age of 65 I still have my original teeth and they are in very good condition.
My most recent dental appointment in January 2020 was to repair a broken front tooth. When Dr Navakas gave me the anesthetic there was no pain. When Dr Navakas repaired the broken tooth there was no pain. When Dr Navakas gave me a mirror to look at the repaired tooth there was joy. Dr Navakas is an artist, the repaired tooth was a perfect match with my other teeth.
My healthy white teeth are also attributable to Nam, the hygenist at Navakas Dental Care. My six monthly appointments with Nam has been the ideal preventative care as I have not had toothache or tooth decay in years.
The professionalism, care and friendship by the Navakas team is of the highest order. And when I leave Dr Navakas' dental rooms, I leave with a smile and I feel good.
Apart from the dental care, I find the dental rooms easily accessible by public transport. The dental rooms are next to the Kensigton railway station and the 402 bus stop.

So glad I switched to Navakas Dental Care a few years ago. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Great dentists. One of the dentists pointed out a possible ENT problem in my son. On the suggestion we saw a specialist who found something that needed surgical removal. Also, they clean and monitor the whole familys teeth!

I was in Melbourne, great restaurant, however, broke a filling on a seed. Fellow dinners suggested this dentist. They were able to make an appointment for the end of the day (last person in) Treatment was on time, to specifications and within budget. I was out to dinner that night. Super Duper work and service. Made an appointment for the next time I was in Melbourne for some other work.

Andrew has been my dentist for 27 years and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else, obviously. He is the best, never any residual pain from his work and I've had plenty of fillings and 2 root canal's. Excellent team around him with all the dental services under 1 roof.cheers Andrew Green

It used to be hard to get me over the threshold into a dentist's office. I'd had some pretty bad experiences and was dentist-phobic for years! I can honestly say that Andrew Navakas has changed that for me. Andrew was recommended by a colleague and I am forever grateful for that recommendation. The man is a brilliant dentist, employing two excellent dental hygienists and a really great team working with state of the art equipment. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
