I saw Greta for preconception advice as I had been diagnosed with PCOS and wanted to maximise my chances of falling pregnant as soon as I could. She was so professional and thorough in her approach and gave me a good understanding of what supplements to take and why. She also got my partner taking supplements too, making sure we were both as prepared as possible. After only being off birth control for two months my periods returned to normal and we fell pregnant within two cycles. I'm expecting my first child in a few weeks and am very thankful for all of Greta's advice throughout! Came here the other week, great work for the Bowen therapy. Staff are and were so friendly, place I highly recommend to go to.

Riley is a wonderful Bowen therapy practitioner. He is very informative, professional and makes you feel very comfortable. I went to see Riley because I have a bad lower back and could hardly walk due to spasm and after just one treatment with him, I was able to walk without spasming and it just progressively improved from there to my utter surprise. Two days later and I have almost all movement and range of motion back and 75% relieved from pain. Will be definitely returning for further sessions for maintenance. Highly recommend!

The place is amazing, smells so good. Helena and Alicia are very nice and I would definitely go back again.
