The owner confronted me as I was holding one of her crystals (the amethyst wand)
And asked me if I was serious about buying it? ! And that she preferred if I didnt touch anything unless I was a serious customer. Needless to say I noped right out of there, and will be spending my $90 elsewhere.

If a zero could be given they would earn it. From the moment you walk into the shop you see all their "do not touch signs". The staff follow you around watching you like a hawk, felt like a criminal the whole time. And the icing on the cake is the owners where there and very pompus attitudes like they are the beginning and end of buying crystals, sorry your low grade garbage would never make it into a true collectors cabinet!
BEYOND RUDE OWNERS AND STAFF, WILL NEVER BE BACK OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! Save your money they carry only low grade garbage that they put obserd prices on. May be time to give ppl interested in ceystals a pathway to grow! Start investing in the ppl who support your business by giving them good quality crystals.

I called this store looking for ethical crystal products. Upon enquiring, I was told "We don't do that, because it ups the prices", and when I enquired if they had -any- ethically sourced products I was told "that's not how the world really works" before the shop attendant hung up on me.

Shameful business practices, backed by worse customer service.

A wonderful place to buy crystals and books on crystal healing. The nice ladies who work here are very friendly, polite and helpful. A great shopping experience all around

The place is cute, as well as the cat but I found out that their malachite is fake lol. Not a really interactive place as well

I used to live nearby and enjoyed visiting this shop to buy crystals. Took my darling, well behaved 3 year old son there today, who was very excited to see all the crystals, but he was made to feel so unwelcome, he wanted to leave after about 30 seconds inside. He is very sensitive and obviously picked up on the bad vibes. Not a friendly place anymore, I won’t be recommending

Lovely staff, amazing atmosphere and they have cats! Bring hay-fever tablets if you get bad hay-fever

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. This is a CRYSTAL store, it should hold happy and positive vibes, however, it’s the complete opposite. You are felt uneasy from the very moment you walk in with an eerie silence. The staff do not seem to have much knowledge of their products. We wanted to purchase a bracelet in which it was too large. The shop attendant spoke to the owner of the store who came out from her dungeon which houses a double sided mirror for their peering eyes. She came out and quoted us $20 to resize a $20 bracelet (which was on elastic). Even though she offered the service, she made it very clear that she was unhappy to do it and “didn’t have the time”. It took her 20 minutes only to come back out and had take off too many stones making the bracelet too small to even put on. When we asked her to rectify this she literally scoffed and told us off as if we were kids. The energy in this store is negative, bad juju all round. Prices are ok however, and the cat is cute. However, purchasing a Crystal should be a positive experience with positive energy. Do not come here for your crystals or anything else as you will most definitely bring home a bad omen along with it. As for the bracelet, we had to eventually throw it out as we could not expel it of its negative energy.

Can I give less than one star? The sales woman here initially seems lovely but is actually very unkind and disrespectful. She also has a very poor sense of customer service. I have been buying necklaces here for the kids in my daughters class to have as birthday gifts. I bought one with a hairline crack and mentioned it when I noticed it at checkout, but wasn't heard and thought it would probably be ok so left with it. The crystal on the necklace broke, never to be found again, within 5 minutes of it being worn! When going back for a replacement, I was told it had been worn inappropriately and accused of being a liar.as it could not possibly have had a crack, even though there were other's on the shelf with cracks! It was a very distressing experience and the woman refused to replace the necklace because they can't afford to! Nasty nasty woman, and all I can do now is write an honest review of my experience. Please spend your dollar elsewhere.

Staff are Very Helpful and Purified My Gift. Love this SHOP. It's still like a Museum and my Daughter loved it when I took her there Last Time too.

I bought crystals online and I'm very happy with all the crystals i received. They are beautiful and exactly as pictured. I really apreciate they take the time to upload individual pictures of crystals so you know what you're getting. Everything was packaged beautifully and made it to QLD pretty quickly. I would shop here again for sure.

I always come here to buy crystals especially for gifts for family and friends. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and willing to help, putting extra care into wrapping gifts. Staff are always full of useful information as well. The atmosphere is welcoming and serene.

Not opened despite websites saying so.ingeniously decided to stay opened during week days but not the weekend.how about people who have jobs, I'll have to shop at somewhere with sense.

Love it here. The staff are so friendly and they often have great sales I can never go past. Plus they have an adorable friendly store cat! Come here for good crystal sales X

We've visited this place over many years! Originally because of my wife's interest in spirituality, as she use to do workshops/teachings.
Anyhow our last visit was for our daughter's as they've both taken an interest. Pricing is reasonable and obviously the bigger you go the more you pay.

Loved the vibe there, I got a lot of crystals they do have huge range of crystals with some of the rare crystals definitely recommend. Fair prices as well.

It's like being in crystal heaven! So many crystals and so many different options and types. Fantastic customer service and knowledgeable information provided for easy reading while selecting. Two gorgeous cats live there and so very peaceful

Felt like I burnt down the shop from the way they spoke to me. If you want good energy with your crystal, don't bother coming here.

Would rather drive from Melbourne to Perth to spend my $15.

Absolutely beautiful experience. I went in to buy an amethyst cave and was delighted to find all the examples within the store in immaculate condition and good value for money. Staff were helpful and courteous and you can tell they really care about these amazing objects. Will return soon for some bookends! Thanks for making my 40th birthday even more special!
