I was recommended to see Jodie a couple of years ago to help with a particular health journey and thank god I did! She is an angel in disguise who is extremely knowledgeable and down to earth and really cares about her clients. She shows that by giving extra time especially with her outstanding massages. I can honestly say her massages are the best I’ve ever had! I had been quite stressed on one occasion and her massage literally took my entire body to another place! She has so much empathy that she had a tear in her eye knowing how much she had helped me. Need I say more. Beautiful genuine soul who really knows her stuff. Cannot recommend her enough!

I went to see Jodie a couple of years ago about my debilitating migraines, and she was always so comforting and easy to talk to, her knowledge was incredible! She is all about eating good foods, and I take one of her supplements regularly. This has dramatically reduced the pain and suffering I used to endure, I rarely suffer from a migraine anymore and if I do, it’s much less intense. The supplement is gentle on my stomach also. I had tried with doctors and medications in the past, but nothing ever helped. Thankyou Jodie for improving my life!
