Nature Country - nails and lashes melbourne

I’ve had lash lift twice here, once by Miki and the other time by Harumi. I am so satisfied with the results each time. It lasts at least 2 months for me, but my lashes are not damaged still healthy. The environment is clean, quiet and private, very relaxing like it is almost like a spa. I highly recommend this place.

I have had multiple eyelash lifts and tints with Harumi and she does a fantastic job every time. They look so great after and last a while. Really recommend this salon, Harumi is so careful to make sure the outcome is perfect. The salon is lovely and clean with a calming atmosphere:)

I went there to get my eyelashes lifted, and I felt so relaxed and calm. Nothing hurt and Harumi was very gentle with each step. We had conversations as well which was fun. I also loved the massage with the warm towel, that was so relaxing. I would definitely recommend going to her store, I had such a fantastic experience!

Harumi was lovely and professional. I was trying to find a Japanese nail salon in this area and found hers today, she's done a great job for providing shellac manicure for me. Definitely gonna return for diff products/ service next time!:)

Excellent gel manicure- Harumi has been helping me keeping my nails pretty since 2015. It’s great to be able to customise the nails I want all the time. Highly recommended for regular manicure if you just want designer nails for a special occasion.

It is a very nice and friendly salon. There are many nail designs and they last longer. The eyelash extension has a natural finish and is highly recommended.

Harumi was so gentle and transformed my eyelashes from drooping to curled beautifully. So glad I bought groupon voucher and will be going back.

Found this place on groupon and it was awesome! 1 on 1 personal service, my feet after a pedicure look amazing and great gel polish selection! She squeezed me in because she had a cancellation and i was so happy she called! Would recommend this place to anyone

If I could give them -1, I would. Worst experience I have ever had!
I purposefully sought out a Japanese nail salon as I have used them in Sydney; where I live and they are always so meticulous. I booked several weeks in advance, advised them I wanted to get my nails done for my wedding and ended up booking my mother in with me too.
I was advised they had a Groupon deal on which I initially tought was very nice for them to offer and so I took advance of them. The proceeded to send me nail art images and said they would be included in the vouchers I had bought. Fantastic or so I thought.
We arrived on time only to have them start advising of all these extra charges. I was then advised that although the voucher I selected said Gel that they had an issue with Groupon who mistakenly put Gel and that Gel was more expensive. I advised that I had always wanted Gel and paid for a different voucher for my nails to my mothers in order to ensure I had Gel.
They proceeded to bring out Shellac polish; which I recognised, I reinforced that I had paid for Gel and therefore wanted Gel to which the lady went into a back room and brought several polishes without labels.
After a terrible job trying to explain again what I had sent in an email with images they did a terrible job on my nails, chunky and uneven. I had to rush to an appointment and have just found out they then had the audacity to charge my mother an additional $75 on top of the $130 I'd already paid! The fact that they waited for me to leave to scam my mother out of more money is ridiculous and so utterly frustrating!
My mothers nails were chipping within 3 days and mine barely made it into the first week of my honeymoon. I cannot express how upsetting our experience was and to have this the day before your wedding after advised the salon weeks prior to ensure a seamless experience. I've had better experience with cheap $30 corner stores. Waste of time and money. Don't bother!
