I went to Jenna for originally for a massage and we discussed having Bowen for Arthritis and a few other issues. I found the Bowen to be very relaxing and non-intrusive. I always feel better after a session even though sometimes it might take a day for me to feel less stiff. Jenna is excellent as a healer is compassionate and caring. The Centre is a pleasure to be in and you feel relaxed the minute you walk in. I have had other treatments, iridology, which was very helpful and a good reference. Facials. I came to the centre for Bowen Therapy after I had injured my tailbone doing some heavy-duty gardening. It was irritated on and off for weeks, and then I had 2 sessions of Bowen, and it was sorted. No more issues! So, not only was my treatment successful, I also experienced such a deep state of relaxation each time I was on the table. Would highly recommend it.

I recently visited Jenna for the De-Stress ritual and all I can say is WOW! Jenna's attention to detail is incredible and after the two hour treatment I floated out of there. The products used are divine and surprisingly affordable. Incredible experience, I can't wait to visit again.

The Bowen therapy I have received at NWC has been some of the best Bowen treatment I have had over 25 years of it here and there. It is just what I need to help my system unwind and re-align. This is absolutely a 5 star service.

The best facial ever and worth getting the full treatment. My skin is so much better I’m booking for regular treatments. Products are now in my cupboard too and Michelle is wonderful as are the rest of the team. New Years resolution is to have regular treatments with Natural Wellness (-:
