Do Not Sign With Them!
Waiting 2 years for a remodel when it was supposed to be finished in the year of signing. Huw makes a lot of promises but does not fulfill them. He continually promises and fails to commence the job. They do not return phone calls. They do not email. They have not fulfilled any of their promises.
This business is a complete joke -they need to be taken to some type of arbitration as reading numerous reviews indicate they are not fulfilling any contracts.

I had my pool completed recently and was finished well before schedule which was perfect. Matt was pleasant to deal with and had great communication at every step of the way.
I have recommended them to all of my friends and colleagues, and 2 have since started the process of having pools built have also expressed how happy they are with the quality of service and works.

I had the team at Natural pools add a spa to my pool about 5 years ago. The entire process, from dealing initially with Huw who helped with the design, pricing and contracts - through to Marty and the construction team was first class. I'm writing this review now as I just called Huw to ask that they repair some loose tiles in the spa - a task that was promptly dealt with - even though I understand the business has new owners and no responsibility for past works. I went online to do a review and saw the recent poor reviews. I can only guess that there must have been an issue as the business transitioned to the new owners and they now seem to be back to providing a prompt and quality service. My review is the second 5 star in a row now and I'm betting that trend will continue.

Incredibly unprofessional and dishonest people. We got conned. Huw said all the right things and was very responsive at sales stage. Once contract signed and deposit paid they went missing. Just ignores emails, text and phone calls. Promises to call back shortly but never does. Promises dates for works but no one shows up on the day. Just lies and lies. Almost 2 years and they gave us an unfenced hole in the ground and entire backyard a messy construction site. Contract was for completion in 2021 but as of 2023 no idea when it will be done. No work done for last 9 months despite numerous promises. Won't even tell us when they'll finish work. Just says I'll call back with a plan. It's so frustrating and stressful!

Good reviews until company was sold in mid 2021 then it all changed. A sub told me that new owner is just signing lots of contracts to fill the order book for next 2 years. Maybe has no intention of ever completing on dates he is signing contract for. I was told they give priority to commercial projects bc of liquidated damages while domestic pools can wait as they can't do anything but wait. Stay away from this rogue builder.and pray for my pool to be completed.

Extremely disappointing outcome with this company. After 18 months, a signed contract and a deposit taken, suddenly it appears too hard for them to do the job they signed a contract to do. Now ghosted, no chance of deposit back according to them, and wont terminate the contract to allow us to move on. NEVER use this company if you want service, response, and definitely do not use if you want a pool installed.

After carefully considering several pool companies, I decided to run with Gary and his team at Natural Pools. I deal in high end luxury properties with my clients having nothing less than above average expectations - no room for error on my side. After handing over a very precise brief to coincide with other building works, I then realised I was in safe hands as Natural Pools just delivered every.single.time.with detailed budget/concept/scheduled works time line and weekly updates. The finished result is outstanding and whilst I could take all the credit. I wont! My clients are rapt and I couldn't recommend NP highly enough if you are considering installing a pool or refurbishing an existing one. Thanks Huw, Gary and Marty.

I had both my Spa and Pool built by Natural Pools. From the initial meeting to the completed project we had nothing but first class service. Having a pool installed is never a decision taken lightly. We proceeded with the team at Natural Pools after obtaining several quotes and are delighted with what we have received.
The pool came in on budget despite a few headaches incurred that were not Natural Pools fault and the fact there were no extras was very surprising.
What really impressed my wife and i was the communication. Marty was fantastic to deal with and the equipment supplied was top class.
I would not hesitate to use Natural Pools on another project we did and would recommend them to any friends or family - Thanks!

Very happy with my first pool experience. As I live in the front block of units my pool was not as straightforward so I really appreciated all the guidance on size and placement of my spa and pool. The staff were all professional, friendly and very obliging. Whenever “inspiration” happened to hit me and I asked about making a change they were very accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend Natural Pools and would use them in future again. Many thanks guys for an amazing job
