I used to refer people here because their work and customer service usually were good, however lately the staff have been rude and unaccomodating by refusing to take an appointment for the next day and expecting me to wait an hour to sit in the salon to wait not to allow me to come back an hour later! This coupled with a rude and aggressive tone for no reason! Pick up your customer service and be kind and more classy!

Very happy! Quan was amazing got both my shellac pedicure and sns nails complete in approximately 2 hours with lots of care and attention. Staff were friendly and it was nice to have a decent conversation filled with laughs. Truly a wonderful experience. Will definitely be coming back! Thanks again!

The worst manicure I’ve ever had. I sat there for over an hour while three different girls, each of who cut me enough to draw blood. I then sat there for over an hour while they applied the thickest acrylic, only to get annoyed when I asked them to do it normally. My previous manicure there resulted in 5 broken nails, but I assumed that one of the newer girls had done them too thin and I was happy to give them another chance.
A ridiculous mistake on my part. After leaving my nails misshapen, lumpy and still too thick, they decided they were good enough to paint. I had enough and left. I tried not to be rude and was happy to pay for the refill, but they had the nerve to charge me $45 for the refill and to repair the broken nails CAUSED BY THEIR OWN BAD MANICURE in the first place.
Terrible customer service, and even worse, absolutely no ability to do nails. You couldn’t pay me to go back. I’ll now need to pay another $50+ to get this fixed somewhere else. This place is a joke.

Absolutely love this place! Been coming here fortnightly since this location opened and have never had a bad experience.

The range of colours are wonderful, and they're able to work around what ever design or style you'd like. They even manage to do beautiful work on my short nails.

All the nail technicians are friendly and highly skilled. Everyone communicates any wait times or technical issues (like the card terminal being out of order etc) promptly and clearly and the prices are very reasonable.

Annie and Jess in particular are absolute gems and pleasure to work with every time.

A beautiful space with lovely people. Great for everything from day to day nails to special occasions.

The best nail salon I have ever visited. I have been coming here since they opened their doors for the first time. The workers are absolutely amazing and so lovely. They know me by name and know exactly how I like my nails. I feel so welcomed when I arrive and am always satisfied with the service they provide. They take time and care with each customer and always do a beautiful job with my nails. I am so happy that I found this nail salon and will never go elsewhere! We have been coming here since they opened their doors. The staff have always been friendly and have always done an amazing job on our hands, feet and face. We have never had a bad experience here, it upsets me to read some negative comments, I guess you can't please everyone. If your in a hurry and upset with the wait go somewhere else, these ladies and gentleman are so busy and try to accommodate everyone. Perhaps make a booking instead rather than expect to get a seat straight away, I know personally that I'm happy to wait and not rush the staff as I can see how busy they get. The salon is beautiful, comfortable and stylish. Great products and great service always. Have recommended to all my friends and family who also have never had a bad experience here. Don't get disheartened from negative reviews, your regular customers know how wonderful you all are. If I could give you a hundred stars I would but 5 is the maximum I am able to give. Love your work and your style, you are all artists in your own right.

LOVED the work she did on my nails - light pink almond shaped nailed with tiny red hearts! So cute. They’re a really good and professional place. Highly recommend
