I have been seeing Anna since mid 2019 and have been so happy with all the treatment she’s given me! Acupuncture, cupping, Chinese medicine. What initially was a visit during pregnancy while my immune system was at its lowest, Anna has helped me with so much more from post pregnancy issues, skin rashes, anxiety, depression, pcos, etc.her experience and compassion is by far the best! Whatever the problem she was able to dig deep and help find solutions. I was seeing other Chinese medicine practitioners and just didn’t get the results or feel the empathy that Anna has. Always look forward to getting treatment from Anna, who would have thought acupuncture could help me relax and fall asleep.

The whole team at natural harmony always made me feel really welcome from the reception to the treatment room and even on my way out. At first the idea of putting needles in my body sounded overwhelming but I quickly change my mind once I'm met one of the lovely practitioner Anna. She was so friendly and very peaceful. We first discussed my goals and how to approach these. The second part was asking me how I was feeling, physically, mentally, learning more about my lifestyle and the area I was looking to improve. She then started to take my pulse and could tell a lot about my current state, then over the conversation she smoothly started to add needles in specific area and I hardly felt anything but instead simply followed her instructions and quickly started to relax. She left me in the room for a while with some gentle meditation music before coming back in and picking up the conversation has she never left.she then left me with some lifestyle recommendation to follow and that was my first session. I left the clinic feeling so relax like after a massage, walking on cloud, I had the best night sleep ever and felt energised for the next couple of days. I’ve been coming to Natural Harmony weekly for now 3 months and I've seen a huge improvement in my body, my mind, I feel more peaceful, less stress, more focus and a feeling of well-being. Alongside acupuncture Anna added some recommendation on lifestyle, nutrition and meditation. As we all know working on ourselves can be a tough task but through the discovery of acupuncture and with the support of the Natural Harmony team it has been a very enjoyable journey with a lot more to come. If you are like me a bit sceptical about acupuncture, I hear you and I’m sure it’s normal to be a bit unsure or afraid of something new but you got to try it at least once in your life, look at it as a massage but with a lot more benefits to your health! Anna is great and knows what to do. I thought I may have been to much trouble, as I had been unable to walk for 3 days. But she dropped some needle in, did her thing and instantly I had relief. It did take a few treatments, but so much better than having a back operation.
