The broker (Jessica) was excellent to deal with, she went above and beyond and continued to provide excellent service even across public holidays when she did not have to (I do hope she has been recognised for this extra service). She really went the extra mile to ensure I was provided the best service, she listened to my requests, gathered info based on this and her excellent product knowledge and negotiated suitable loan options with providers, she did not pressure and afforded me everything required to make an informed decision and continued through and completed everything required including communicating directly between all parties. Honestly the best loan/finance experience I have ever had and I cannot recommend Jessica and Natloans highly enough.
