Nationwide provided great service, a good price, fast delivery and the timber was excellent. I bought feature grade spotted gum and it as as nice and straight with a good variety of lengths. Compared to my previous experience of buying timber from a well known Hardware chain this was 1000 times better. I recommend Nationwide 100%

Be very aware of this company's FALSE ADVERTISING. They advertise on eBay and FB with certain prices per sqm. Then, invariably, when inquiring about it they come up with some story that that particular timber is no longer available at that price and the price ends up twice the price (or more) than what is advertised. We've enquired a few times now responding to advertisements, so this is not a one-off but is an integral part of their marketing strategy to lure people in. It is totally dishonest, so it truly puts a question mark on the ethics of this company.

On Sat 25th Mar 2023 I realized we were short on flooring and unable to finish the job. After doing the ring around to several other places no stock available. Rang Nationwide who said they had some QLD Spotted Gum Feature Grade. Because my flooring was select they brought the pack down opened it up and allowed me to select the best pieces to match with the existing Select Grade I was laying. Can't thank the staff enough they went out of their way to help and saved the day. Well done Nationwide.

Exceptional service and communication from the first phone enquiry to the delivery of timber flooring. Jason was knowledgable and was great help in deciding best product for us.
