One rubbish place to fix your car. They will not fix they will make a worst for sure. Replace my car windscreen it more than 2 inches gap between dash board and windscreen. Hold me for 3 months now saying can’t fix that. They can’t do better than this. Really rude staff. Wait for few extra days or pay bit extra but don’t go to national windscreen ESSENDON FIELD

I had my windscreen replaced. Although the boy was very sweet, the job left my car with 2 x 5cm cuts on my dashboard, many bits of tiny glass around my console & a deep scratch on my car door when he opened his door on mine. The technician admitted to it and it’s been TWO MONTHS but National Windscreens keep avoiding the repair of all this. I continue to call them. During one of the interactions the girl on the phone dared try to turn it onto me but she retracted when I told her about our home cameras recording the incident. You’re supposed to be in the business of repair NOT damage!

I just booked a job by phone, providing details of my vehicle. Once i got there, they said "we do not have your windscreen". Considering i lost the booking because of their mistake, Katrina made a new booking, guaranting in writing they would come to my home for the replacement of my windscreen. Result: i lost another day waiting for them, no show, no phone call, no updates at all. Just got enough!

The team was very professional, helpful and polit. We asked for a genuine Audi windscreen and they got approval from the insurance and installed one. Very happy. Highly recommended.

Call center staff is actually quite rude, I’m not really knowledge about my car window, so she became very impatient. Therefore I drove to Essendon to show them, I mean if I cannot explain the situation, how easy is it just let the staff have a look?

But within two months of the replacement, there is a bit problem. They said they will come to me to fix it, but it’s already two weeks, it looks they disappeared.

Best knowledge and experience you will find in the business, especially for luxury cars. Wouldn't have trusted anyone else with my Porsche. Sam's personal oversight was most appreciated and the quality of the job was outstanding.
