Very, very happy with the service provided by National Windscreens at Pakenham. Tim was great to deal with on the phone and in person. My windscreen needed replacing and arranged for two days after my call.
The car was ready for pick-up at the time promised. I was a little worried about all the tech attached to the windscreen, but I needn't have been, everything is as before and works perfectly.

I have never had a company be so unprofessional with me. My windscreen needed to be replace due to an insurance claim and had to wait for the windscreen to come in as my car is quiet new, I was okay with waiting for the part which took 3 weeks. Once the part came in I was told by the other repair company that it would be ready in a day, to then receive a call not from the windscreen company but the repair company, that national windscreens had throw out a key part of my windscreen (keep in mind, my windscreen it very standard in the technology it has so it’s not a new install and I’m sure they have install the same many times before) and without it my car wouldn’t work in which they would now have to order the part again and it would be another 2 weeks wait. I was now extremely unhappy but not once had national windscreen called me personally to apologise they had let the repair company tell me who also gave me little information or updates. I have been the one calling for updates when it should be them calling me. I still to this day haven’t received any apology just empty promises on when this part is to come in. I still don’t have my car back and I would not recommend this company to anyone and will never go with them again.

Dealt with Tim to organize a windscreen replacement, and with Shane who came out to my house and changed the windscreen. They were both great to deal with, professional and did such an awesome job. Would highly recommend getting in touch with them.

Seam to have problems getting to jobs on time twice. Don't bother with them give the small man a go.

They replaced my windshield at my property and happily worked with me in between removal/install as I was doing rust/paint repair’s with only one arm?

Used Web site for Quick Quote, Supplied all vehicle details requested.
Recieved Email for more information supplied information. Waited 6 days for response, emailed to ask for response 2 days later recieved email stating they were out of office and again asked for more information. Questioned why they kept asking for more and more information, answer so they get right windscreen and not guess.

Got contacted by National Windscreens in only minutes after claiming from our insurance. Organised to be replaced the following day. Ash arrived on time and replaced the windscreen with no issues. Awesome guy to deal with. Would highly recommend to anyone.

National Windscreen Pakenham - I have used them second time today. As before the communication was smooth and they showed at site even before the time and completed the job professionally. First time I used them last year and the rating for them was 5 stars.

Got a large chip in my windscreen repaired by Steve. He was very friendly and explained the whole process to me. All in all excellent customer service, and the repair was done for a very reasonable price as well. I'd recommend national windscreens for any windscreen repairs.

Had pleasure of been appointed Ash to fit my new windscreen to my wife’s Mercedes as it was stone chipped damaged. Couldn’t be happier with the job and Ash was very professional and courteous. Definitely use again 10 stars
