A real 5 Star job by this company.
They replaced the windscreen of my 1980's Mercedes the day after my initial enquiry at a price that was highly competitive.
The technician was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Best of all he knew the correct installation method for my car which has a notoriously difficult procedure.
I rarely give a 5 star review but this was hands down a 5 star job.

This lovely team got my rear cargo window glass replaced in the day, I called them in the morning, replaced around lunchtime, friendly and professional, they are the men you can trust.

My experience was efficient and professional with great customer service from Michael over the phone.
I was given an estimated timeframe which my technician arrived between as well as an affordable price for the replacement of my VW Golf Windscreen.
My technician was friendly and knowledgeable and was in and out in no time.

Absolutely disgusting company. Paid extra to get a car window replaced the next day (not our car but we accidentally broke it) and didn’t get done for a week. Blamed us for mis information, then “computer issues” for the delay.
Wouldn’t contact owner of the car to keep him updated. Will NEVER EVER go with this company again.

All was well and good when it comes to making an appointment. Upon arrival, the parts needed to be replaced was incorrect so I had to go home. They then called me in once more, had to take another day off.

Having picked it up, fitment isn't the best and some are coming off. Brought it in once more and another day off at my expense. The car have been smelling like adhesive for months and may never go away.

Rude, arrogant, disrespectful and most unhelpful biased supervisor I have ever encountered. She had a preconceived opinion and was determined not to be helpful from the beginning. Wonder why NRMA uses such an unprofessional company.
