Extremely slow service and not enough staff, the ones that were available were slow and ignored us waiting for over half an hour. Took our business elsewhere.

Great service, friendly staff.come in for a small order and they were very helpful.will definatly be going back there.highly recommended.

Been here couple times. Each time the staff have been very helpful in providing advice and information. I was able to get the job done with the advice and the tools and materials bought here.

There was a lady who served us was extremely helpful. As we had been there before she remembered who we were, which is great.

I purchased tiles and within 24 hours I received a text message for a survey! I blocked that number and 2 days later I received an email saying they’d partnered with Product Review for another survey.

I called the Sunshine store and spoke to Alex who told me to call head office as they do marketing!

Tiffany at head office was not “too sure” how to stop this.

I specifically said when I gave me details it was for the order only and not for marketing purposes!

Do not go to National Tiles Sunshine. Ricky the store manager is awful. He's rude, unhelpful, arrogant and refuses to honour warranties on faulty tiles. Shocking experience.

Shout out to Liz with fantastic services. They have plenty of options that will suit your needs. Thank you very much for your great help.

Good opening hours. Sales person was definitely friendly and offered us many options but the pricing is comparable with other flooring places.

Not the best deals for tiles like you would expect from the ads. Found much better prices elsewhere

The selection is reasonable. The store is clean, well lit although a touch crowded. They're really reluctant to haggle and eager to push you to quote stage when I think we made it pretty clear we're still looking at what's available. Very reluctant to give installation costs. Wouldn't give a firm price on underlay options just said it starts about $20.
Lack of haggling and reluctance on firm pricing at talking stage means we won't be back. Especially given how competitive this market is.

Her service on our 2 dealings has been second to none, from my initial order, to even running short on tiles and her persistence to make sure I got an extra box from the same batch.

My Order was quite small so she must give this service to everyone no matter the size of the account.

Great customer service from the lovely ladies who work in this store. However, if you want prompt delivery of your tiles as prearranged, don’t hold your breath because my order never got delivered even though It was ordered and paid for a week prior. To add to the inefficiency and lack of professionalism, they didn’t even bother to call to advise me why my tiles were not delivered - even after a follow up phone call late that afternoon when I was told the order was leaving from a warehouse near by and should arrive in an hour or so! Clearly far from the truth! My order only arrived after 1pm the next day whilst I had two tilers whom I had paid to lay the tiles that day waiting around with nothing to do! This was after four phone calls to the store speaking to three different people, one of whom was Ricky the store manager who really wasn’t fussed and didn’t even bother calling back until my fourth call into the store where I still did not get answers to where my tiles were!

Note to anyone thinking of buying tiles from this store. DONT BOTHER UNLESS YOU HAVE THE TIME TO MAKE NUMEROUS CALLS to people who really don’t care! Save yourself the trouble and stress!

I was offered assistance from the moment I walked in by the Lovely Store Manager Ricky.
I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and I highly recommend National Tiles.
I have also read the reviews about the store and I would like to correct the buyers.
You get what you pay for!
Don't expect a Royal Delivery if you're getting it for free or at a discounted $75 rate.
Do some research on freight charges within Melbourne and see for yourself that it's a fair price.
Ricky is the Manager of the store and not a truck driver himself, fault them if there are any at their store service level not for a courier service, its a third party service and will deliver according to their run sheet or you pay extra to have it delivered at your desired time.
Plan ahead do avoid disappointment or vent at the wrong end.
Arrange deliveries a few days in advance to your tiler starting dates.
Try Western Distributors or Beaumont's yourself and and you'll be lucky if you ever get acknowledged.

Don't waste your time talking to the store manager "Ricky" who in his incompetence neglected to advise that upon delivery of a crate of tiles that it'll be unloaded at the front of your place. What's the point of a delivery fee ($75) just for your tiles to be dropped off not to be unloaded at your desired location. I could've just grab a couple mates and do it ourselves. Completely unsatisfactory service here at the fault of Ricky not to be bloody clear about the delivery service offered.

Just buy the tiles and do it yourself. Don't waste your energy and try to complain because it's never their fault.
