Very good selection and helpful knowledgeable staff but they only stock samples - so if you want to buy you need to pay for delivery (which for me was next day)

Went to national tiles in Richmond store and had the pleasure of dealing with Riley. Total professional great product knowledge but best of my favorite good old-fashioned service. We managed to select a great suitable floor tile, should look great thanks again great service, see some shots of our previous project we also used national tiles.

Julia was so helpful and I was not expecting to get into the detail design - I was just browsing - her help took me to ready to order more and improved my design concept 1000% thank you!

Good selection of tiles. The staff where very helpful with picking the right tiles by providing me with the correct advice. I bought bathroom and kitchen tiles when renovating and my wife was spoiled for choice.

So pleased with Joshua's advice on Sat, thorough, helpful, and precise. We got home and received the quote swiftly as well. The shop looks great, nothing like what you would expect from the radio advertising.

Highly recommend seeing Amanda at National Tiles in Richmond. From the moment I walked in her friendly approach made me feel comfortable and she was so helpful in finding me the perfect wall tile splashback for my new kitchen. I also needed them urgently and she went out of her way to organise the stock at the port Melbourne shed so I could pick it up that afternoon.
