Staff were super lovely and helpful, they were very willing to give out free tile samples which is super helpful for a designer like myself to help clients visualise. Prices are slightly higher than Beaumont for some products, but service was much better than the Beaumont down the road!
Dave was very helpful. Highly recommend if you need advice or good tiles reasonably priced.

Terrible customer service and terrible, cheap flooring that lasts less than a year. We installed flooring in our studio and were recommended the Mistura Umber Hybrid floating floorboards as they were, and I quote "Hard wearing, waterproof and acoustically rated, it is an ideal choice for your flooring renovation. " In less than a year the product starting showing signs of wear and tear, boards separating and chipping, laminate peeling off the base. Long story short, after 3 years of complaints our sales rep came back out only to tell us they aren't going to repair or replace broken floorboards despite the 25 year warranty on the product. We spent over $20,000 on flooring that didn't even last a year.disgusting company.

Cannot fault our experience with National Tiles Preston. The team were extremely helpful, they knew what they were talking about and we got our tiles in no time. There was also no issue with returning the unopened floor tiles we didnt end up needing. Great experince. Very happy!
