Worst tiles ever! Inconsistent sizing made them impossible to lay with straight grout lines. On returning of the tiles, staff were incompetent and didn’t care at all, except for one gentleman. The attitude of two staff members was atrocious unprofessional and disgraceful, NEVER WILL I USE NATIONAL TILES AGAIN,

Again not sure how many shops l will have to visit. To find this particular tile. I do have a plan b up my selve. I hope to see how it will work out for us. Be optimistic about your ideas. Search for different ways to create your own project. That means you have style.

Went to national tiles Geelong 2 weeks ago.was in the store for 15 minutes.store was very quiet with only 2 customers. They had more staff than customers actually. All staff were talking amongst themselves and walked right past me as if i didnt exist.got no help at all.went around the corner to Elegance tiles, got served within 2 minutes and bought 3k worth of tiles witihin 10 mins.absolute pathetic service from National Tiles.would expect this from young inexperienced workers.if it was an option id give no stars at all.

I have nothing but praise for National Tiles and especially Amy who helped us with all our tile and acoustic underlay requirements. She was on the ball from the outset, providing us with a very competitive quote. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she happily modified the quote on two separate occasions to adjust for changes in our plans.
She also organised delivery with a company and driver who went out of his way to cart the pallets to our building basement.
I'd recommend Amy and National Tiles to anyone who is after great customer service, product knowledge and prompt friendly service.

Worst customer service we have ever experienced. The young lady at the counter seemed to have no product knowledge and not able to help with simple requests. First time in this store, won’t be coming back.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, really took the time to provide me with enough samples to make a confident decision on choosing the right tile. Didn't realise how overwhelming it could be.

The staff are very helpful and will help you find what you need and work it all out for you on the spot. They have a lot of beautiful stock there, plenty to pick from.

Nice show room band knowledgeable and friendly staff.
The tile prices are very reasonable and look to be good quality.
They have heaps on display and most standard tiles in stock.
This is a one stop shop if you are tiling as they have all you need from start to finish.

Very friendly staff who went out of their way to come up with solutions to fit into our budget. They were upfront with the total costs right from the beginning of our conversation. That was important to us so we did not waste time going down the wrong path.

Update: They allocated our tiles to other customers and now we're scrambling to have them ready for our job started today.

I ordered some tiles from here in march this year and was ready two weeks after for me to collect. I really like the style of the tile. When i purchased the tiles I was informed that i can return the balance. As it was a desgned tile I order and bought in excess taking into consideration of a high wastage. I was left with a complete box of tile not even opened. I went back to them to return the balance last week and was refused to take back the balance tiles. The sales staff is there only to sell but the customer service is useless.

Good range but not the cheapest. They only price match on tiles that are made by the same manufacturer and style. If a competitor has a similar tile made by someone else they do not price match on that tile. Shop around people, a very large nearby competitor runs rings around them for price.

Went on a Sunday - 3 staff standing behind counter and busy talking to themselves. No hint of customer service. Good price and range of tiles though.
