National Tiles Dandenong

There are some nice tile collections, but unfortunately, you have to chase their employees, just like Pacman running to eat the ghosts. I think there were two girls and one man. The girls are trying their best not to make any eye contact. I went to the other tile shop, which is right next to their shop, and finally, someone came to talk to me. We went there last year. No salesperson attended to me as well, even though I tried my best to talk to each and every one. But for some strange reason, they were willing to talk to other customers. I'm not sure why. Really disappointed.

Hi I just wanted to thank the girl who served me today at store. (Not the taller one but the other one. Don't remember her name. Sorry). She was excellent. She helped me in attached picture tile.

Great service would highly recommend. Purchased too many tiles for our job and happily sorted a refund.

Terrible service! We were there waiting for a sales lady. They all were kind of hiding and no one came to talk our needs. There were two sales ladies and both of them served others even thought we were there for the very first time.

Was in the store for 30 minutes 2 white staff members were just talking to each other not even interested in giving customer service. Very disappointed get someone who wants to work. Tried to talk to the young lady who was tried her best to not to give eye contacts. One more thing, She actively served the tradie couple who came at very last. I think she is Racist or not willing to save people who have brown skin.

On comparison to Moorabbin tiles, this shop is not cheap at all. I would recommend shoppibg around first

I had to add a few extra tiles to an order and had a really positive experience with Matt at the Dandenong store. He couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend National Tiles at Dandenong

Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Bought just over 18sq metres of tiles to fix two bathrooms (which have poor waterproofing done by the builder/their contractor.)
I recommend paying a little extra to get the higher rated (level 4) anti slip tiles.
Due to the weight, I would recommend delivery or bring a couple of people (depending on how much you are looking to buy) as they don't assist loading the tiles (though this time they made an exception).
I was able to fit the entire purchase in the back of a SUV.
If you need an installer, ask them and they will provide you with a list of their recommend installers. You don't have to use them, but can be useful to get a quote or if you don't have anyone to do the job.

National Tiles Dandenong have a great range of tiles, flooring and all types of tools associated. We were greeted warmly by Hannah who made the experience of selecting tiles enjoyable and productive. I can't recommend Hannah enough as she is patient and offers up great advice.

Friendly staff who were happy to give advice on the best grout colour for our tiles. They were flexible with the pick up date and had a good selection of tiles available for a reasonable price.

Great selection of tiles. Very helpful staff, worked out how much tiles we needed and left us to browse after that, which is what you want. Not someone following you around pressuring you. Hannah was awesome. We didn't end up getting tiles that day from there as we wanted to look around more. There were some we liked though.

Came in today to browse for some tiles. Hannah served us and her knowledge and advise was excellent. We will be returning to place an order for our kitchen tiles.

I was in desperate need of a replacement tile after one of my bathrrom tiles shattered. The lockdown made things challenging unable to get into stores to match the existing set. I emailed though to Dandenong National Tiles, sending through photos and a description and was helped by Mickey to source some samples. Within just a few hours, we got samples, matched and got a replacement tile sorted. The service was incredible, thank you Mickey - will reccomend and be back for future tiling/flooring needs.

I came to your Dandenong store today to collect an order. Matt from your trades section went above and beyond to help me as I needed to choose a grout but couldn't see the colours online. He was so patient and helpful which I really appreciated during a very difficult time in not being able to access the showrooms. I just wanted to say thank you! I will be back.

First time shopping here for our renovation. The service and advise both my wife and I got from national tiles was fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. Always so helpful and happy to answer any of the beginner questions I had. If I ever need any more tiles I know where i'm heading.

Walked in to purchase around 200 square mars worth of tiles.the young lady who pointed us in the general direction of what we wanted disappeared and never returned. Nobody approached us and nobody enquired to our needs, so we walked next door. Global tiles. We bought all that we needed.much better. Go next door.and cheaper too

Great service and variety range of tiles, however some time they run out of some tiles very quick and to get them back will take at least a month. So it be better to workout before hand

Good selection of tiles, quick ordering process, the only problem is lack of follow-up and communication, I had to constantly phone to get updates
