National Tiles

Purchased many tiles here however the last time I did, it was nothing but a drama and poor customer service received in the show room.

Previously had exceptional service so not sure what has changed.

Huge range of tiles - there’s something there for everyone and at extremely competitive rates. The customer service was excellent too.

I prefer going to port Melbourne store even if it's a longer drive than my local National tiles. The team are always so helpful, especially Marley, nothing is ever too much effort and she is always smiling. I came up short on tiles and not only did she find the tile I needed but she found some for a better price better than ticketed.

National tiles, make sure you look after staff like Marley, they are hard to come by these days!

Ok selection, not great. Unfortunately no one spoke to me or asked if I need assistance after 40 minutes so I gave up and left.

4 customers in store at the time including me.

My partner and I were in here today. No acknowledgement of us by any of the 3 staff. They were doing nothing. Left after 10 minutes. Poor experience

Super helpful service from Katerina. She was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us make a choice. Great experience.

I purchased tiles from the Port Melbourne store
I was advised at time of purchase by their sales staff that so long as the product remained in its original packaging then any unused product could be returned. Now trying to return the product and they refer me to small print on back of invoice. VERY DISAPPOINTED

It wasca bad experience today with Ricky. I travelled 30 kms to pick up flange after confirming with him if that's in stock or not. He said they had 30 pcs. But he couldn't find even one. It wasted 3 hrs on my way back where I started from. Can't trust them anymore

Great place to shop, and very lovely caring staff, I am 81 and the young lady was a delight, she went out of her way to help both my wife and myself, I can only highly recommend this outlet.

I ordered tiles for my kitchen splashback back at the start of February 2021. The tiles had to be ordered from a third party supplier and I was told by staff in store they would arrive in 10 days. They have now been delayed twice, and the latest update is that they will not arrive until start of April 2021 - a delay of two months. Delays can sometimes be unavoidable, but the most disappointing thing has been the almost complete lack of customer service. I have only been informed of the delays when I have chased National Tiles for an update, and they still refuse to be proactive in informing me if there will be any more delays. Basically they don't care about customer service (or when you get the product you've actually ordered) once you've paid your money.

Have been coming here for years now, all the staff and very highly trained and have get advice! Thanks again for all you service! Highly recommend.

Huge thank you to Laura for all of her help with a stressful situation I was in! She gave me all answers I needed, and helped me arrange an uber to pick up my tiles from the store and delivered to me as I am way out of the 5km radius. She literally saved the day!

Good range. But your order big or small nearly always takes about 3 to 4 days to arrive as the shops rarely have the stock. I have used national tiles 3 times and from 2m2 to 50m2, and the stock was never on hand at any store. It always comes from the warehouse. Bunnings is a better choice if you are after a plain white or common range as they have tons of stock on hand and you can see online if stock available.

I bought a glue for the tiles from there and they gave me the wrong glue and it didn't stick, I don't know their tiles, but those who work there don't understand anything
