Called to book a court and ball machine. I was told it takes time to configure ball machine (no instructions) and there may be a coach to help but no guarantee.
Half star for service and half for honesty. Shocking!
Was thinking of joining as a member afterwards. Nuh.

If you live in Melbourne don’t make the mistake of playing here. Beautiful courts but the place is so disorganised it’s impossible to justify the $80/week membership fee.

Fantastic view of the city of Melbourne, there are clean and well lit toilets

Great meeting point if going to the MCG, AAMI stadium or the tennis

Staff are kind and caring. But management is bad, and the booking system is rubbish, especially the new booking system.

Examples:
-I’ve been charged twice for my membership and indoor court booking fees. Asked for clarification for few emails. Still haven’t resolved.

-Membership couldn’t make bookings online.there is booking issue with my membership type (Silver). I sought for help few times since August. Nobody tried to fix the issue. They said it’s IT issue, and always let me to wait for few more weeks….

There’s so much potential with this facility, but it’s wasted. Some of the staff are really good and others are just useless and it really leaves sour grapes.

Cardio tennis was booked out weeks in advance, UTR events with opponents not turning up, registering for events only to be cancelled last minute (even indoor courts).

Booking indoor courts as a member and then being asked to pay full price…

The operations of this facility needs a strong review by management.

Easy to find your seating. Plenty of toilets and food outlets. The sound there is amazing xx

How about you let people know at the time of booking if you plan on blaring music on the court next to them?
We booked to play indoor for 2 hours at a cost of $80, only to have some kind of group tennis session start right next to us with trance music blaring half way through our match. This goes completely against tennis etiquette and completely ruined our game.

My favorite place in Melbourne to play tennis. The facilities are very modern and clean, staff very accommodating, classes run to a very high standard the energy is fantastic. Both hard courts indoors and outdoors are available for booking as well as clay outside. Highly recommended to players of all skill levels.

Great facilities and coaches but terrible administration and customer service. Since joining I have had constant issues with money being incorrectly debited from my account, being added to incorrect coaching sessions, advised of incorrect class times and days and most recently the admin team failing to place my account on pause while I'm overseas and therefore unable to use it. This is despite 2 emails requesting this and a confirmation response from TWA indicating it was done. It is a shame to see great facilities be managed so poorly.

Coaches gave my son hard time, discouraging and too technical to a point where my son refused to go again.
Also, enrolled in their school holiday program in March before it was cancelled due to covid. I paid 900 AUD and they have been refusing to refund the amount since. Consumers affairs are involved and I will take them to court if I have to.
Incredibly negative experience.

We enrolled our child in a holiday program. They didn't run the program and refused to refund the money ($1,000). We chased them up for a very long time but they've never taken an action. We will take them to VCAT as our only option.

My favorite place in Melbourne to play tennis. The facilities are very modern and clean, staff very accommodating, classes run to a very high standard and energy great. Hard court indoors and outdoors are available for booking as well as clay outside. Highly recommended to all players of all levels. The coaches are also very talented and engaging. Love this place thank you

Extremely bad service! I booked a court in the centre and when I went there, they told me that there are no free courts. I explained that I booked a court 5 DAYS ago and I want to play somewhere with my son, and they offered me an OUTSIDE COURT! The weather outside was terrible! It was exactly 40 degrees, and it was raining! After explaining them about my booking for more than half an hour, they said that there was one free court we can play on. But when we got out of the changing room, all the courts were busy again. I spent another half an hour arguing with them, and finally they said that we cannot play today! Also the staff were slow and didn’t want to help us at all! I certainly don’t recommend this place!

Signed up for a Gold membership on a contract, could never find a suitable time slot other than late night 9: 30-10: 30. The membership manager wouldn't take my feedback on board and wouldn't refund the membership. Now I've paid around $400 to play one game of tennis. Terrible offering.

If you are thinking of getting the membership, DON’T BOTHER! They are just popular cause they are the official tennis Australia, although i admit the court is really good. THE MEMBERSHIP IS THE WORST! VERY USELESS STAFF and if you are on silver membership they will just to rip you off until you need to upgrade to gold. Now silver members cant even book the court indoor on the weekend, the rod laver arena are rarely available, and when albert reserve is open on the weekend it will mostly booked out for other schools or clubs, so you are basically paying for membership and you can probably book your court once a month. So think twice before you want to join this horrible membership. Staff are very useless as well, already explained my time, and she just went off, oh that’s the way it is, gold member book 2 days in advance and you can only book 1 day in advance. By the time it’s one day before the day u wanna play it’s all booked out. HORRIBLE!

Wonderful indoor and outdoor tennis courts with excellent coaching, convenient car parking and good gym and changeroom facilities.

For the Australian Open players use the 5 outdoor courts to practice as well, but there is a small lawn between courts and accessible areas, thus can be difficult to see your favorite player.
