National Storage Moorabbin

Don’t bother sending a big truck here poorly set up for truck manoeuvring, trucks are parked in loading zones and down the wall making it impossible to drive out, damage the whole side of my truck on metal signage as a truck was parked opposite. Called to explain what happened and lady working there was rude and couldn’t care less.
Telling me it was my fault to make the decision to drive the way I needed to go.
Very disappointed in the customer service and no good for trucks.

Super clean inside. Great self service facility to sign up online. Kind and helpful staff for a storage noob.

Could be 1 of the best storage facilities in Melbourne, but needs more trolleys in multiple areas and needs more than 1 location for bathrooms. Would definitely recommend this storage place

Went to use their parcelpoint facility and was greeted by a charming and courteous staff member who made the whole process a breeze. A positive experience which left me with a smile on my dial.

Only problem are the other clients leaving door open on the left and trolleys left in strange places.

Friendly and knowledgable staff. The place is absolutely enormous and can fit a good sized truck down inside or around the back. Lifts and trolleys available at your disposable yo help you move in or out. Kept my still in there for 4 years now and easy and secure access when I need it.

These guys are great value for money and really friendly and helpful to deal with. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great friendly staff and great selection of products. Rebecca was really helpful and gave us some good hints and tips. Will definitely go there first next time we move house!
