I’ve been standing out front of Malvern hospital waiting for my fiancé to come out for 20mins and I am so impressed with the security guard on the door of the main entrance. So friendly and professional to everyone who comes in and out of the hospital!

It’s been 7 years for me In the Security industry,
and only 4 weeks working with National Protective Services as a Security Guard, and I must say NPS is one of the best Security Company I have ever work with so far,

I found National Protevi services to be one of the best companies I have had the pleasure to work for in the past 13 years very professional the other guards are of the highest standards and they are all professional at all times and I would recommend them to anyone

Extremely professional work culture with an eye for detail that will extend the employer's commitment to both employees and client alike.

They are not friendly at all. They themselves asked me if I have any issues related to work and when I spoke up for that, they just lodged my complaint for some trivial reason to the higher authority. They got me fired.
For them, Secuirty guards have no value. They are just a way too rude. I would never recommend anyone working with them. They show you hope and then make you jobless by picking on you for a very vague reason. Please don’t fall trap to it.

As an employee of NPS for the past 7months, I have found them to be of a high professional standard. I was warmly welcomed and was made to feel a valuable and respected team member.
During the Covid lockdown NPS worked hard to comply with OHS regulations in regards to contamination control.

NPS staff working 24/7 at apartment complex where I live. Covid related in melb. Great to have them here. Professional and friendly.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Terry, a guard down at Vic roads in Carlton.
He was a really nice guy, calm and very polite. No stressing or pressure, no problems at all. Bloke is unphased and professional.
If you're going to use this company ask for Terry.
