NPTG Picked my husband Bruce up from Aged care, and me too, took us to outpatients appt.at Repat hospital for Bruce, in Heidelberg. Terry was the driver and a young man named Troy, the man in charge, these guys were so good at care for Bruce, and facilitating our appt at a crowded outpatients clinic. I can not speak highly enough of them, Troy ended up at Austin ER with Bruce which took I don;t know how long before he was admitted and Terry kindly drove me back to my car. Troy and Terry have restored my faith in my fellow man. Simply Outstanding.

The 2 ladies who took me to Sunshine hospital were fantastic. I have never been in an ambulance before, but after vomiting all night, I had to call 000. They told me it could be a 4 hour wait, but the ambulance was at my house within an hour.
They were great. I felt like I was actually being treated with respect and not just as another number in the system. Credits to them and the paramedic team at National Patient Transport

I have just completed a Cert 3 in Non Emergency Patient Transport with NPT Heart. It was a fantastic experience and the mix of hands-on and remote learning was very well adapted to the current Covid-19 restrictions. It is so much more beneficial to do the course through NPT Heart than through other organisations, as they are leaders in the industry, and have the equipment and practical, up-to-date knowledge to exceed the requirements of the course. The teaching was enthusiastic and involved, and an emphasis was made to help us understand the procedures and protocols rather than just delivering academic content. Well done NPT Heart.

After leaving the Monash Children's hospital this morning with 1 year old who had just had surgery, we both has to walk through a thick smoke haze from 3 NPT drivers. They did not attempt to move out of the way or even acknowledge that my one year old had to breath in their horrid second hand smoke. This is a facility for sick children, not a smokers area! Despite the many signs that say "no smoking on premises" these three drivers (all in uniform) had complete disregard for this rule and the children in the area. I'm sure I am not the only parent that is appalled and disgusted by this behavior and I will be reporting this to the hospital for further follow up.
