Always such a lovely experience. Reception very helpful and Dr Holsman has truly helped me so much! Plus the IV ladies are just so caring and they make the experience so much more pleasant. Highly recommend this clinic. Thanks NIIM for all that you have done for my health

I have been a patient of Dr. Parsons since 2017. She has been amazing to me. She listens & is very understanding of my condition. I am very grateful for her care & advice.

I have seen Dr David Bird for years at NIIM now and he is always kind, thoughtful, thorough, extremely knowledgeable and helpful in managing my complex chronic illness. I also have seen other practitioners at NIIM and I would highly recommend NIIM and all their staff to look after you.

A wonderful and caring organisation. The National Institute of Integrative Medicine is all about patient care and compassion. They don't push pills but seek to find root causes of conditions and they take an all of body and mind approach. Its about prevention and tailored treatments including the most comprehensive array complementary therapies designed to achieve optimal health outcomes. Thank you NIIM for putting people first and looking after me and my family so well.

Excellent clinic! I am a fairly new patient at NIIM, seeing Dr Poonam who is so friendly and professional. She is very thorough and wants to get to the root cause of problems, super easy to talk to and non judgemental. Great reception staff and easy to access dispensary on the ground floor.

Terrible service. Booked an appointment for which they took a deposit. I canceled weeks ago and called them thrice for a refund. Practice manager us never around. Still waiting for my refund. Each time I have been on hold at least 5 to 10 minutes. Will never be back.

Professor Sali is an amazing physician. His integrity, the ability to treat my needs and to have me feeling better in no time is second to none. Thanks to all at the NIIMS clinic and the IV clinic, honestly feel younger and more energised with each infusion.

I usually don't review anything but in this case I had to say something. I saw Dr. Justin Welsh for cancer in early 2022. NIIM promotes itself as "Integrative Medicine" and Dr Welsh's "Special Interest" back then was listed on his NIIM page as "Integrative Cancer Care". He has changed that now and removed cancer care because he is not interested in treating cancer. He never was interested in treating cancer, other than pushing the mainstream narrative on patients so why he calls himself "Integrative" is because he wants to make an extra buck off sick people who come to him with high hopes and get nothing but a bill for hundreds of dollars for the measly 10 minutes he spends with you putting you down. Shame!

Even though I have no cancer (it was operated out) Dr Welsh did not even want to listen to me, let alone talk to me like a human with ethics and morals, unless I went and did Chemo and Radiation! I wanted to find out what else he could offer to ensure the cancer stays away, instead of the mainstream, because a good friend died from Chemo (not the cancer). And he point blank refused to talk to me. Belittled me. Wouldn't listen to me and my reasons. Went so far as to make fun of me. So you tell me how this is integrative? I will never visit NIIM again or recommend them to anyone if this Guy who calls himself a doctor, is anything to go by. He saw me for about 10 minutes and had the audacity to charge me an exorbitant amount of money. I mean if you can't treat someone, let them walk away without charging them. I didn't go to him to be told off and belittled, and then pay hard earned money for it. What an absolute ripoff! Waste of time, waste of money and most importantly walked out frustrated and lacked peace for days to come because of this experience that I will not forget in a hurry.

The NIIM clinic has developed the most appalling customer service. It takes you 5-10minutes to get through because they are understaffed. The reception staff you then deal with are rude and inexperienced. They have no regard for patients. Please remedy this problem as l no longer wish to deal with your clinic.

I will never see Chris Corcos again. If you disagree with his approach then he creates an uncomfortable energy & belittles you. (I saw him quite a few times as I thought it might settle.) Also seems a lot of the time disconnected to listening. Due to a job that often changes location I have seen a numerous amount of psych's and he is on the bottom of my list.
The people on reception are very nice and friendly and always made me feel comfortable!

Dr Sandra Parsons sent me on a myriad of unneccessary tests and promoted their expensive products as if they the best. Not so! $700 for 2 visits. Found another local clinic-and were surprised about the uneccessary tests and poor diagnosis. Dont waste your money at the NIIM clinic! Got a better diagnosis and far cheaper.

What an amazing place we are so lucky in Melbourne to have this amazing charity; where doctors actually care for their patients instead of just writing medical scripts. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Forced me into taking some other GP appointment leading me into trying to enforce their protocol when i clearly wanted something else. Booking appointments wont get you good reviews or good referrals please remember that. It was a waste of $

Dr Christopher Corcos did the best mental health assessment I have ever had - and I sort two for a difference of opinion from two different types of ‘good’ psychiatrists. I didn’t realise it at the time. He was thorough, professional, honest yet kind, very experienced and accurate - can see things other psychiatrists probably miss. If you are looking for a thorough, accurate, professional non main-stream yet experienced psychiatrist, I highly recommend him having the experience myself now from 3 different types of psychiatrists over time - he is by far the one I would trust the advice of most.looking back in hindsight, or even use this advice as a 2nd opinion should you see another psychiatrist. It’s a pity there aren’t more ones (psychiatrists) with his approach/style out there.

A review on Dr. Anjana at NIIM clinic - Unfortunately this Doctor comes with a lot of empty promises. I am beyond disappointed. I had high hopes but decent expectations for her being both a naturopath and a GP. I have easily spent over $5000 on her services. I reacted poorly to 2 treatments of hers and instead of insisting on finding the root cause not only did she blame me (the patient) for a possible allergic reaction followed by 2 weeks of sickness. She would have an enormous attitude towards me if the treatment option she chose to try didn't work on me. (I have Sibo, so gut issues). This Doctor is not interested in getting to any of your root causes. When treatment didn't work instead of digging deeper she tried to convince me that my issues are all in my head despite multiple concrete physical test results for my conditions. Completely unethical and lazy behaviour. Please don't waste your money here. Very convincing initially but also does not have the scope of knowledge for anything beyond the basics. She also has left me waiting at her practise for over 40 minutes multiple times and today was my last appointment with her and her comment to me was 'running late to your appointment? ' I was 5 minutes late. Totally disgusting attitude and is in it for the money not the care.

Receptionists, however has always been lovely and helpful. Feedback given to the practise manager however wasn't taken seriously in my opinion which again, is disappointing.
