I just came from this store and I have to make a review. The gentlemen I spoke to was so professional. I am not knowledgeable on computers but he did not make me feel silly. I needed a basic computer for a course I’m doing as my daughter spilled birdseed on my old laptop. The shop assistant took the time to recommend a computer for my needs even though he could have possibly made more fixing my chrome book. I got a great little computer I look forward to using and will be purchasing a gaming computer from these guys in the future. Their shop looks great. Highly recommend!

Walked from Mooroolbark to get here. I arrived at about 4pm, knocked multiple times, called multiple times and got no contact, let alone let in the store. Christmas is soon but I’d figure they’d at least put up some notice on the door. Maybe they had something online that I missed. Regardless, better publications would’ve helped; either with a door notice or website notice.

Maybe these guys are good but I sure didn’t experience it, this time around.

Not always the cheapest prices, but they will spend the time to talk to you about what you want, and are able to recommend the best solution when you need it. These days I look for service over the cheapest, and National Computers definitely deliver in that department.

This place looks like it’s about to go out of business and to be honest probably should, if you manage to find the place you won’t want to go in the front door as it looks more like the kind of place you’d buy illegal drugs than PC supplies, these guys gave up many years ago.
The eastern suburbs desperately needs more competitive! Computer stores that customers can trust will be there when they need them, this isn’t one of them.

Buy all my computer parts off these guys, They are really good for just general advice and helped me with a lot of my business clients in finding the most economical solutions. Would highly recommend
