Such an easy, no-stress, quick process! Excellent service and I received a better price than the offers I received when I advertised privately. Highly recommend!

National gave an offer and all agreed, about to sign paperwork, then tried to renegotiate and offer $3000 less as they changed their mind. They rip people off so they can resell them cheap. This company then stated the km were the issue (its has 100,300kms as i type), when the manager took my car for a ride without my permission or knowledge (adding ks onto it). Just told me they were going around to the back. They also asked for a good review.

Great experience, got a price $1000 more than other offers. Simple process from home by my phone by downloading photos. Only small amount subtracted as the car was due for service. All that was needed was the car to be dropped off to the dealer and money was in my account a few hours later. Cheers

A convenient way to sell. I thought about it for a few days before going through with the service as I knew I could get a little more selling privately. After going through the process I found it well worth while as I didn't have to deal with arranging times and dealing with tyre kickers. Highly reccomend the service if you are time poor or a little impatient lol

I was contacted by National Car buyers after placing an advert for my car on Carsales abd facebook market place. I initially dealt with Ana, who was great to deal withprovided me all the information and what I needed to do and walked me through it all and this was on a Sunday, which was great for me. On the Monday, Mariah from National car buyers took over where Ana left off, again the service from her was exceptional, and she talked me through the final steps, sent me electronic forms which were easy to read and signand date via electronic signature. By Tuesday the team inspected the car and I dropped it off, they gave me my plates and advised me how to claim my rego back, Mariah called me while I was their and kindly booked me an UBER back home. I received a remittance for payment later on Tuesday evening, as I was advised I would. It's a seamless service and I highly reccomend National car buyers If you are looking to sell your car hassle free.

Quickest most stress free way to sell a car. My offer was higher than what I got quoted for a trade in but lower than private sale. It’s a great service if you don’t want to deal with the run around you get with selling privately. I requested an instant offer at 12pm and and by 9am the next day I had sold my car and soon after received my money. All done in less than 24hrs.
