Superior customer service. Called Paul with a fault and he tried to fix the issue over the phone first before concluding it was a physical fault that needed onsite repair. You can tell the man's honesty from his approach. Attended as scheduled the next day and completed the work in a timely and professional manner explaining what he was doing along the way. Would not hesitate to give him the highest recommendation nor to use his services again. You won't be disappointed!
Our alarm has needed attention and a service for some time. We set up an appointment and when Paul rang it was only to advise that he was running slightly ahead of schedule so was it ok if he was a bit early. Fixed the issues, tested the battery, replaced some other batteries and set up and supplied replacement toggles. Explained everything and on his way again - efficient, skilled and friendly. Now i know why he has so many good reviews.
