The OT and speech therapist from National 360 have been so helpful for my son. We can't speak highly enough about them.
Worst ever experience. Waste of time, waste of money, waste of energy. No one is responsive, the OT doesn’t answer my phone, text and email. I called company several times, I was unable to talk with the OT’s manager. I tried to get the observation report, they avoided. Terrible company, terrible experience. AVOID this terrible company.
Worst experience ever. Money grabbing company, only interested in milking as many NDIS funded sessions to write reports (that they present as compulsory) as possible or offering tests, that they don't disclose will also require hours to assess and be paid for, rather than offering face-to-face therapy. To avoid at all costs.
