In April 2021, I purchased a Coonara Mosman Gas Linear logfire from Natgas.i was told by a staff it warms upto 200 square meter.i decided to purchase it because i have a big family and a big living room.it was the worse decision I've ever made. The first year of my purchase I kept calling in telling them the heater is not warming the room as it was described, they would send in a technician, take out the part and fix things and return them (keep in mind the technician would tell us those model didn't go well and they actually don't warm up)
After many complains I left the store manager decided to come in and see the problem.
Not only he was rude to my father, he denied and said they never send a technician the first time, which shows his admin team is unorganised and cant keep track of their records
in May 2023 they send another technician, they changed all the parts from the inside and made it brand new, yet the heater is not warming the room.i am very disappointed to be paying $1,200-$1,500 gas bill from origin, yet the whole winter we never got to be warm.

An excellent experience. My ducted heater became unusable in early August. Rang Natgas. Was provided with a competitive price. Replacement I selected was in stock, so I was able to have it installed within a week. Excellent job done by the technicians who were thoughtful in providing feedback during the install and instructions about the new heater before leaving with the old heater. Dealing with Nich and Matt was a pleasure.

Rang the shop number just 20 min ago today.ph picked by Matt.absolutely rude and disrespectful.dont have patients at all as I took little bit time to figure out which day I can book the service.said to him let me figure out and I will call back.didn't let me complete the sentence even and hang up call on me.

Used these guys 7 years ago & was satisfied, so I went with them again for purchase, replacement & installation of Aquamax gas water heater. Price was satisfactory. Installed with no fuss on arranged date. Neat & thorough job performed by friendly guys & the required compliance certificate was issued via email. Based on my two experiences, I would recommend Natgas.

My experience with Natrad was awesome, I had a fault with my aircon, and I contacted them and spoke to Matt he went above and beyond to rectify the fault and sent out his very courteous techs the day before Christmas break, I wasn’t expecting my fault to be fixed until mid January, so I was so grateful that I got it fixed
before.
Thanks so much to the team for providing quality customer service, it is so rare these days:)

Awesome service, needed a replacement swampy just before Xmas, dealt with Michael there and he managed to squeezed me in.ordered Monday, installed the next day! The boys were excellent onsite, job was done in a little over 2hrs with the old unit taken away. Very professional team, thank you so much!

My mum purchased a heater from Natgas Epping in 2018, not only were they the best priced in Melbourne their amazing customer service has continued four years on. Matt in sales and plumber Daniel go above and beyond to look after their customers!

Matt and the team put in heating/cooling system and a gas fireplace as part of our renovation. They were a pleasure to deal with and the end result came up brilliantly. Their new showroom made choosing the right product very easy. Highly recommend Natgas. 5 star experience

Professional service! We had our ducted heating require a bit of service and called out the Natgas team to assist. They were polite and hard working and we got the heat back on!

Very Happy with the service, straight foward with the price, Came on time as said and did the job professionally and efficiently. Quality appliance (Rinnai Space Heater 1005FT2) and workmanship. Highly recommended.

The NatGas shop provided great service and excellent price on the installation of a Rinnai gas continuous hot water service. We had an indoor Vulcan gas hot water service - Ben did a great job installing the new Rinnai system outdoors. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Matt came in to connect our heating/cooling after installation in a new build and went above and beyond to get our machine working. The builders didn't do their job properly but he took care of it and he left with a working unit. Friendly and good service. Thanks a bunch!

Worst owner in the world! Super rude and arrogant! Salesperson is friendly and helpful. If you have any problems, just remember this company will leave you high and dry.

It seems the owner decided to reply nicely to my comment online, but in person he was exceptionally rude. He knows very well that the unit was not undersized (as I asked for a 2.5kw system for a very small room and he was happy to sell both 2.5kw and 3.5kw units until I asked him to price match), he simply wanted to sell the more expensive unit and was frustrated that I asked him to match the price as his store is more expensive than other stores.

He didn't ask for the floor plans and complained about me asking the salesperson too many questions and he simply hung up. I was so upset by his rude behaviour that I asked my husband to speak to him and my husband gave that owner a few good words that he needed to hear: maybe that's why he is responding nicely now.

I already purchased the unit elsewhere for $200 cheaper, and they provide the full 5 years warranty, no hassles.

I made an official complaint about his actions to Consumers Affairs.

My recommendation is to look elsewhere because you can get better service and definitely better prices.

We were very happy with the service provided by the Natgas team. We had several split systems installed in our warehouse/office. We were pleased to receive professional advice as to what was the best units to be installed into our warehouse/office. I also had a few other quotes from other providers in the area and they just wanted to give me deal because I had several splits needing to be installed but Matt actually came out and viewed the space and provided me with better options with quality split systems, that would actually service the space correctly. They were also very tidy when installing and were mindful of my office was still in operation when getting installed. It’s nice to find a service provider who has been around in there industry for a very long time and wasn’t interested in just the quick sell! Thanks Natgas for providing us with splits my team are very happy with warmth and the cooling:)! Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. They provided expert advice and excellent price on a new Rinnai heater. Installation was also arranged through Epping and they too were excellent in promptness, cleanness, politeness and work ethics. Couldn’t be more impressed with Jim and Aidan.

I was so angry I order gas heater the guy told me that, “the best place is right next to the gas pipe and this heater will heat the all room without any problem”. I shouldn’t believe him he just wanted the easy way for him. Now I have to spend more money to move this heater.
I won’t recommend this place!
