I booked a last minute spray tan before an event and was able to get an appointment quickly and with very friendly service. I was very impressed with the standard of products, efficiency and value. I had a follow up call to check how everything went and the tan came up looking fantastic and got many positive comments at the event. I would highly recommend this business, which is clearly run by an owner who genuinely cares for taking care of their clients.

I have always been that lazy person when it comes to skin care, but every time I have had bad breakouts or sun-tan, Natasha has been my go-to person. She is just perfect in her own way, I trust her completely as she very well understands all skin types and would be honest in her consultation for the treatment required. My first introduction to Natasha’s was ~ 5yrs ago when two girls with flawless skin in my yoga studio were discussing her. At the time I was very unhappy with the amount of adult acne and dullness of my skin and other facials were not helping. When they gave me Natasha’s contact details they said ‘she’s not the cheapest, but you’ll save money in the long run because you’ll use less products and you won’t want to go anywhere else. ’ They were not wrong!

Both Natasha (and her team) have always been a delight. It was evident from first meeting Natasha that she really knew her stuff. I have a background in science and it was so lovely for her to describe skin and skin health in simple and clear terms without using pseudoscience jargon (this is why you get acne, this is how we improve cell turnover and why that will help your skin etc).

I took a hiatus from facials and got lazy with skin care (~1.5 years) over COVID and after purchasing a house but noticed in the past few months I was getting some acne again. So off I went to visit Natasha and once again, she has worked her magic and my skin is glowing (much like this review from a very happy client).

The team at Natasha's is wonderful! The atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive. The team provides excellent pre and post treatment care advice with care. The space is clean and inviting, it feels great walking in the door!

First time having my facial and the overall experience was really good. Genevieve was friendly, attention to detailed and took the time to explain the treatments to me. Also had the best massage shoulder massage! It’s been a week now and I can definitely see the difference in my skin, will be booking with them again.
