The service provided by the medical professionals is excellent. However, my main concern was the lack of information or communication regarding the fees. I recently discovered that I have to pay $60 on weekdays and extra on weekends ($73.90). While Medicare reimburses some of the costs, it's worrying to think about those who may not have any coverage and could miss out on consulting their family doctor.

Thank you so much to staff and doctors and speeding up my access to hospital treatment. I was in a world of pain but now on road to recovery

Doctor hung prior to consultation being completed. Unable to contact the clinic as if was on the weekend after 4 to have consult completed. Charged full consultation price for service not completed. Another consult needed to be book to finish the original consultation.

This morning, I reached out to inquire about visiting your facility. I conversed with the urgent care receptionist, sharing the details of my situation, and was encouraged to come in. Upon my arrival, I was promptly attended to by a nurse who inquired about my symptoms and their duration. I had been battling a dry cough for nearly three weeks, occasionally mirrored by my four young children. However, in the last three days, my condition escalated significantly, marked by increased coughing, shortness of breath, dizziness, and a loss of appetite. Despite my attempts to see my GP, their unavailability led me to your clinic, driven by concern for my escalating symptoms, including vomiting over the past two days.

I provided this detailed account to the nurse, who subsequently conferred with a colleague, perhaps a physician. Regrettably, I overheard them sharing a laugh after the nurse explained my situation and before attempting to secure an appointment with the GP. Unfortunately, due to a fully booked schedule and one GP being absent due to illness, I was informed that I should have seen a GP first, and the nurse seemed indifferent to my situation. Also, she didn't even say goodbye as I left with tears welling in my eyes. Moreover, she failed to conduct a basic examination, like counting my respirations or auscultating my lungs. I had to request these assessments, but they were never carried out.

I should mention that I rarely require medical attention, as I'm seldom unwell. It was genuinely disheartening to encounter such treatment today. I hope that others do not undergo the same experience I did with this particular nurse. Additionally, I believe that a more comprehensive pre-visit explanation should be provided when individuals call in, especially if they are unfamiliar with this process. This can help avoid similar situations for those who have never faced such circumstances.

Slow service, significant delays, and appointment times do not matter. Communication between upstairs and downstairs is poor and concerning. No respect for people's time. Enquired after 40 minutes past my appointment time, I was told there were still two appointments prior to me. So, approximately two hours behind within four hours of doors opening. No proactive communication to put patients (paying customers) at ease. Sad state of affairs this place is.

I am incredibly satisfied with the service here. Recently moved to Narree Warren from a neighboring surburb and I regret not finding this health practice sooner!
There were several people ahead of me so i thought it would be at least 30 minute wait like any other place. But I was there 10 minutes early and the doctor saw me straight away. Dr Balamuurukan was caring and attentive. He asked many questions and made me feel like he cared for my wellbeing instead of just doing a job.
The building has a pharmacy and pathology which made it easy to get everything in one place. I had my GP consultation, blood test and meds from the chemist all within 30 minutes.

It was my usual visit after doing my blood tests a few days ago. Thank God all was good and Dr Shoaib Munawar was pleased with my results. He has always been pleasant and explains everything I need to know. All the staff here are very helpful n pleasant. I wish them all the best. Thank you for another pleasant visit. Cheers

I was very disappointed as a carer for a friend who has trouble or getting overloaded also needing to ask questions about her test results but the doctor refused me to be in the room to try help her to understand what was going on with her test results. Very unprofessional and shouldn't be practising especially when he can't read a simple test result or obviously lazy and not caring for his patients properly. I think you need to get the doctor to reread what is duty of care I will not be waste my time coming to Naree Gate it's nothing but a waste of hr to see someone and half the time they don't know what is going on or hospitals and specialist are not sending reports to the gp. The whole system is a joke.

Staff were super friendly, quite lively compared to previous medical centres I’ve been to. Dr. Vishal was very kind, seeing the sunlight and trees from his room made me feel instantly better

The doctors are okay, but they never honour appointments. You usually have to wait 45 minutes to an hour in the waiting room despite booking ahead and arriving on time.

VERY VERTY RUDE RECEPTION STAFF.
Absolutely Rude staff on the desk, are smart enough to tell you that if your on time for appointment the doctor is running late, but we need to learn to be on time and understand others times if we are late. Either way, we have to wait few hours with a 1 year old for an appointment. The Reception staff need to learn some soft skill in communication and compassion.

Had to wait 2 hours for my booked appointment.
When I went up to reception they said the doctor wasn’t even in yet and it was 11: 30.

The Doctor also mistreated my symptoms if that’s anything to go off.

Staff is always so polite and helpful. Doctors are amazing. Love seeing Debby Chinogara every time. Thanks Narregate team for being such wonderful people. Yes there are sometimes long waits but they are working hard and listening to every patient. Also the nurses upstairs are super friendly and can not thank enough for the Lumus imaging staff too. So patient in explaining and always smiling. Keep it up.

The booking and scheduling system is a joke. Have always made an appointment and been there early but everytime you are sitting there waiting an hour after your scheduled time. What is the point of bookings? Last appointment called beforehand and checked was told running on time. When I got there was told running late will be a while.

One star too high. Used to be a good place, some good doctors but appointment waits with certain doctors are ridiculous. One rule for them, another for the rest of us.

Doctor was late … no intimation was given. I had the appointment for my 14 month old daughter. Waited in the car for almost 2 hrs with my crying sick daughter. We could have stayed home if they would have informed us. I don’t get it how hard it is to just call and inform.
