Naröcha Premium Tea Room

I ordered a premium milk tea cup. It was delivered to me in poor packaging. They stored the milk tea cup in a cheap nylon bag. The cup didn’t show any logo or brand name. The milk tea wasn’t made correctly with my order. I paid double price for my milk tea and I thought every customer is treated the same regardless you buy in store or online (when you don’t present in front of them). They made me feel disrespectful and disappointed!

One of the best boba drink I've ever had, and I have tried many boba from many brands. We ordered brown sugar brulee with fresh milk, and I daresay it was comparable if not better than Xin Fu Tang's. The pearls were cooked to perfection, at the right softness but still chewy. I also ordered matcha latte, which was amazingly smooth.

The two ladies who were there were so lovely, they answered my questions with a smile and made sure the drinks were served promptly and beautifully.:)

The only criticism I could think of was that the brown sugar brulee tasted a bit too sweet for my taste (we ordered the normal ice and normal sugar level). Will order less sugar next time so not a big deal:)

Will definitely come again when the craving hits and try their other flavours.and cakes!

Food and drinks looked and tasted great but customer service wasn't the best. When ordering, I got really unwelcoming vibes from the tall guy working there, and this has happened a few times since coming here. The area behind him also seemed really messy and unorganized and it made my wait time really long. The cake display was also kinda messy (crumbs everywhere and this really isn't good for a food place). It's okay but definitely better places with better customer service!

Great service and the flavors are very unique. Their cakes are pretty good as well.

The best customer service I have ever seen, the staff are so genuinely sweet and kind. You could be having the worst day ever and coming here would just brighten up your day oh and of course the tea is delicious too!?

Excellent drinks. Milo mocha, lychee Yakut, and matcha brûlée; can’t go wrong. Service attendant can be a little ditcy however with some patience you’ll get there! Enjoy!

This place is a hidden gem! Hidden in the busy Watton St. The lovely Ayesha was friendly and welcoming right from the very moment we set foot into the store. She was extremely patient with my indecisive self! And she also recommended a few different drinks too. She also upsold the cakes and brownies. It is so hard to find places who not only make delicious drinks but also pride themselves on exceptional customer service which was delivered by Ayesha. She definitely deserves praise! We will definitely be back to try the rest of the drinks That was recommended to us. Thank you Ayesha our drinks were yummy! We had the Lychee Yakult and the Purple Lychee.

I walked inside for the first time today with my daughter and were welcomed by the most cheerful, m and helpful staff ever! What a delight to see! The store is so cute and clean and has plenty of space to sit or browse the items on display. The food and drinks are also absolutely delicious. We ordered Taro cloud cake, another yummy cheese cake (sorry forgot name but it’s sooooo good and fluffy), and milk tea brûlée. Hands down the best I’ve tasted yet! My daughter is quite a critic and loves boba and also thinks this is the best she’s ever tasted too. HIGHLY recommend going in and trying everything! Well be back soon…!

Went in today with my husband and ordered 2 bubble teas. My husband accidentally ordered the wrong drink and didn’t really liked the flavour but the beautiful girl at the counter Trinny was so kind and happy to make changes to the drink to make it to his liking. All this was offered without my husband even asking Trinny was so accommodating and customer focused with a lovely smile the whole time. She is definitely a HUGE asset to your business. Thanks Trinny!

Triny is the best server! Very friendly and so enthusiastic. Love her! She’s so sweet and began to recognize me even outside of the shop, I came in regularly during lockdown and she was so sweet for remembering my name.

The service as well as the tea are amazing along with the deserts. This is definitely my favourite bubble tea shop of all time and I would recommend this to absolutely anyone.

Have only been here a few times and the beverages and food have always been consistently good. But what I am completely blown away by are the amazing and friendly staff! You guys are amazing and make us feel so welcome every time - thank you

Came here today with my son. I ordered the milk tea brûlée and my son wanted (which I later drank most of!) the pink lemonade.
The brûlée was delicious! I was hesitant about the cream cheese, but the brûlée cheese crust was amazing! 10/10 would order next time I go. Which will be the next time I’m on watton st!
The pink lemonade was nice and refreshing, although I probably would try other drinks before getting it again.
We also tried their macarons, which were amazing as well.
Customer service was spot on, and the lay-out looks cool.

Best bubble tea place around.
Staff are friendly and take the time to recommend drinks, both the milk and fruit teas are amazing.
Highly recommend the crème brûlée.
The cakes and pastry’s make my day. They make a very good cheesecake!
