Napolitano Pizza

This is Rob owner of Napolitano pizza in Beaumaris. Kaela Bragge never ever order or entered our premises.and 100% never brought food from us.she is the friend of Lauren Hartigan, a young lady that ordered online and 10 minutes later called to cancel her order as she ordered from the wrong place.i would have cancelled her order but unfortunately it was half way through the oven.so i apologized to her and told her that I'm not able to wear the cost of her mistake.she got rude over the phone and did not come to collect her order. So as for the worst food, she has no right to comment, for the customer service maybe she has the right but it wasn't the shops fault you can't order correctly, even the Mcdonalds you work at would have done the same. "the multi billion dollar company" as you stated.thank you for your review but please you only have the customer service part to review not our food.thank you all

Quite honestly the WORST place I have ever ordered food from.
Worst customer service and even worse food. Would STRONGLY recommend ordering from anywhere else.

Amazing pizza's! This business has been around for years and it looks like they know what they're doing. The pizza's don't cost that much at all.highly recommend eating at Napolitano If you live around the area or not, worth every cent.

Best pizzas. Always fresh and fantastic service. Normally have to ask for extra pineapple on a Hawaiian. Not here, a standard serve is like a double serve without the extra charge. Very clean kitchen with friendly service. Nothing is too much.

The best pizza in Beaumaris and probably a fair part of Melbourne. Good prices and really friendly service.

The Best Crisspy pizza bases ever, fresh quality toppings. Nicest pizza and pasta I've had in a long time.

Great tasting pizza, pasta and salads. They even do a good chicken parma. Owners and staff are super friendly too.
